Hertz didn't have the minivan we wanted. They tried to contact us but you didn't provide contact information for them. They "upgraded" us to a giant SUV we didn't want, which wasn't even available. In the end we rented a Tesla instead. The whole thing was a colossal mess. I'm never renting through you again.Opinión del 31 ago. 2023

I arrived to the car rental facility and they didn’t have cars, even with my confirmed reservation. Very poor service. The attended was also rude when I asked for a solution. Very bad service. Had to pay a taxi to find another way outOpinión del 5 ago. 2023

Good but the receipt is hard to understand. I’m still not sure what I paid as there are three different amounts. Make it simpler to understandOpinión del 3 ago. 2023

Although the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, in the end we had a smaller car than the one I had booked. Not the most comfortable ride. Wr had to wait a couple of hours to get the car.Opinión del 27 jun. 2023

The staff and service at Hertz at Billy Bishop is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly! The added step of taking a ferry is the only reason I couldn’t give the best rating, as it does add extra time to obtaining the rental, but it isn’t difficult - just make sure to factor it in.Opinión del 11 may. 2023

Arrived at 8 am for a booked pick up at 830 am No other customer in the place and Hertz employee refused to serve me until 830 am Made me wait outside the doors while she stood behind the counter Said there were 3 customers who had 8 am pick ups that were ahead of me. No other customer showed up while I waited until 830. Unbelievable. Such poor customer serviceOpinión del 24 abr. 2023

I picked up my car an hour early and was charged $64, plus heavy Toronto taxes on top of that. Unnecessary.Opinión del 9 abr. 2023
