The clerk at the front desk JUANTO is very rude. I ask him how long will it take to wait for the shuttle to the airport? and his answer is “I don’t know you have to ask the people outside” this stupid man thought I’m also stupid like him. You get what you pay for. Car is not as clean as well known car rental companies. Customer service was sub par, she didn’t realize I had already paid for my rental and almost charged me again for the reservation until I mentioned it. I was there early and she didn’t realize what time I booked the car for. The office was dirty and nobody was smiling. I didn’t like the deposit for being a local. And I had to have them charge me back for a gas return charge even though I returned it full. The staff was good and fast and the truck was nice and clean too. I think on return, instead of just being called out in the line ‘if returning’ the lady just took our keys, it would be better if they gave a receipt of return and check that it is full gas so there is no confusion and unfair charging. We got to Las Vegas at 6:30 PM and NU was closed. We spent a half hour on the phone to find out that we were not getting a rental car. We had to cancel the reservation and get a rental car from another company. We will not book with NU again.Opinión del 21 feb. 2023
