Your pickup was not at the airport. I had to pay $50 to Uber 25 miles to pickup the car and was not able to drop the car off at the airport which meant I had to drop my people off at the airport and then drive 25 miles back to the Avis location to return the car. CMH rental center is best of all airports. Efficient, clean, personable staff, signage clear, process flows all worked out. Cars clean and mine was new. Yippee!!Opinión del 24 may. 2023

There weren’t enough cars ready to go and there were many people waiting for their cars. I got stuck with a jeep wrangler (terrible gas mileage) when I rented a standard vehicle. It smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and the oil change light was on when I picked it up. Because there weren’t enough cars I didn’t want to wait longer to switch it out. But I wanted to let them know so I didn't get charged for these things and the worker told me he didn’t have any of the forms to report it.Opinión del 9 mar. 2023

The convenience and easy pickup and drop was amazing. The size of the vehicle for the value was great. The only slight issue was the car was a little dirty. In the cup holders and some crevices were sticky. Luckily I travel with Disinfectant wipes, other than that I would use Payless again for my car rental needs.Opinión del 13 jul. 2022

Well while waiting in line to rent my car, I heard the agent charge three people in front of me charged a $100.00 deductible. All were white. When I got to the counter, he charged me a $250.00 deductible which was just $13.00 less than the total rental. I was in a hurry so I didn’t have time to argue with him. First off, it says that the car counter is in the terminal and it’s not. I was not expecting to have to shuttle to the car rental place. I felt like the advertisement was not truthful. Then I was given a car that did not have a full gas tank, but I did not notice until I had left the airport. But they did nothing about it.
