Pick up and check-in was very smooth and efficient. Lot only 3 min from the airport. Staff was friendly and vehicle met my expectations. Only concern was that I purchased insurance at the time of booking at $11/day and they said that was third party insurance and that I should buy directly from them at $11.95/day so I did just to be safe. The service was FANTASTIC, the staff was MORE than pleasant and nice, the back door was left open and battery died and they came IMMEDIATLEY and jumped started our vehicle and showed us to make sure it didnt happen again. i CANNOT say enough about the customer service and friendly staff at this location. Check in took a long time. Three people in front of me and it took over one hour. The old Suzuki I drove went from 0-20 mph in about 10 seconds. It felt like the transmission was near the end of its life. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Everyone drives pretty slow on island, so no need to speed.Opinión del 12 feb. 2022

Pickup was slow as we spent a lot of time waiting for the shuttle to get us from the airport to the rental place. The rental process was relatively smooth but we had to spend time figuring out the different price from what my quote said. The vehicle itself was clean but pretty worn out and rattled and the battery went dead. Definitely not the same quality as you would get anywhere in Canada.
