Desventajas: "The fact that my father was diagnosed with Cancer and they wouldn’t refund our 1300.00 for round trip tickets to the Philippines which is our vacation home. The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see"
Ventajas: "I was fed two meals and snacks/drinks in between for a 14 hour flight. Love the little TV in front of the seat and the blanket and pillow. Crew was very sweet. Overall positive and good first international flight. Would choose Japan Airlines again! <3"

Ventajas: "As expected from JAL, the flight was amazing in every way. The food (the Japanese meal) was not typical airline food, it was actually very good. The courtesy packets had many useful items including eye refreshers, lip balm, and the bathrooms were kept very clean and stocked with both mouthwash and toothbrush/paste. All together as flawless and comfortable an experience as possible on a commercial carrier."
Desventajas: "There was nothing I didn't like, but if I could make a suggestion it would be to offer a larger selection of movies and shows on the long-haul flights. Also the cabin twmperature was a bit too warm but I understand that might vary from flight to flight."

Ventajas: "From Atlanta to Manila we were served 2 meals. The time gap between the two servings is just too long. For a 14 hour trip the first meal was just after take off and the second about 2-3 hours before landing. The snack was too small of which we were made to choose : a banana, a bread and a brownie."

Ventajas: "The service from the Singapore Airlines is always impeccable. The food is delicious. The business class seat is spacious and wider than all the US airlines. There are plenty storage space in your seat space. The entertainment system has many choices and has a lot new release movies and shows."
Desventajas: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

Ventajas: "My luggage was lost, due to an error of another airline. but singapore air took care of it and made sure i got the luggage in Germany - even though it involved bringing it to me to remote location 2.5 hour drive from frankfurt. free of charge. Thanks Singapore airlines!"

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."

I am not one of your frequent flyers but travel internationally. However, based on his attitude I will think twice to select Qatar as my choice of airlines."
