Desventajas: "Checking in was a nightmare. Long line and SLOW! Stood in line for over 2 hours - the tsa line that was longer only took 20 minutes. Many people were shut off from their flight due to Sun Country being so slow and they were not helpful to those that lost their flight. Counter staff was slow and many didn’t know what they were doing - had to wait for the manager to come walk them through checking in."
Ventajas: "When I checked in for my flight I was given another passenger’s ticket (very similar name) and my checked bag was then sent to this other flight destination. when I got to my gate (correct destination) I discovered the error. The gate crew worked hard to get my checked bag off the wrong flight and rerouted to my flight within 20 minutes of my flight’s departure."

Ventajas: "I have never been disappointed when flying with Sun Country. It's affordable, and almost always never a long line when checking in! Also, the seats on the flight are comfortable and the flight attendants are always very sweet and helpful. I would fly with Sun Country again."
Desventajas: "I wish Sun Country had an app to easily check in for flights, pick your own seats and keep up with flight status! How convenient is that! ;)"
Ventajas: "The paid food is great and feels reasonably priced. Thur have a pretty good and hot cheeseburger (no lettuce or tomatoes) for $5 - a real bargain considering a pre-made week old sandwich in the airport is at least $10."
Desventajas: "There were some delays because of snow, but what did I expect from an airline based in Minneapolis-St. Paul. They also seemed to hold my connecting flight for a little bit so I could make the connection."

Desventajas: "I stayed at airport bar waiting for friends at SeaTac. Bag stayed on carousal for 2 hrs, but no signage of where it was. No one from Sun Country was at the terminal at all (nobody at ticketing or any bag service). I called service in MPLS and they emailed someone at SeaTac to contact me. I was able to locate it myself on one of the 16 carousals, but didn't receive a call for another 90 minutes."

Ventajas: "The captain was very good, and we arrived early to our destination. We had to hold back before landing, due to smaller planes landing, so the captain pointed out some areas along our path! Loved it! The flight was smooth."

I should have gone to Charlotte, parked at my friend's house and paid AA the same rate for a nicer seat and cabin leg room. a la carte pricing ran my bill up even with NO checked luggage. Asheville doesn't have a shuttle service for the long-term parking."

Desventajas: "It was raining when we landed and we were told the guy didn't want to come out in the rain to open the door so we were stuck on the plane for a while. Being Florida, it rains. If it's your job to pen a plane door, I would think it's reasonable you do it in the rain sometimes. Then up to the passengers on board whether or not they want to get out of the plane when it's raining."

Desventajas: "Bought flight insurance. Had to cancel within one week due to mom's health issues. Could not get a refund without her Dr.'s signature, which was impossible for me to do. Therefore....lost 145.....down the drain....."
Ventajas: "Departure was on time and arrival was a little early! Nonstop flight was great!"
Desventajas: "Seats are a bit cramped and their is no pocket on the seat back to put your water bottle or book"
Ventajas: "This flight was a return to airline travel in the 1980s in a good way! The plane was clean. The seats are among the most generous seats today. The best and brightest surprise was that each flight attendant was genuinely polite and welcoming."

Desventajas: "45 minute delay my 1st flight and a 2 hour delay on the 2nd. It's become so late so consistently that I don't even bother to arrive early anymore."
Ventajas: "It's convenient and inexpensive for one of my regular destinations. Though, over the years, I've experienced a few cranky employees at the Punta Gorda location. Just the opposite in Asheville, where friendly was apparently invented."

Desventajas: "The flight was delayed 35 mins. Then we couldnt get luggage when we arrived because of lighting. We were told to go one place and our luggage was taken somewhere else."
