Desventajas: "Inconsistencies, on my way back to montreal from the philippines, i was informed that baggage would be claimed directly to final port of destination but didnt, when i arrived at toronto i had to take my bagage and drop it off again, although my next flight would be with west jet airlines, korean air was not able to communicate well with their airline partners as to bagage claim and changes in boarding gates."

Language was a bit difficult for me to interpret however they took whatever time needed to make sure I understood their communication. Everything is tidy and clean. A good variety of movies, games, music and information channels was provided.I will fly korean Air in the future."
Desventajas: "Boarding was a challenge because the gate staff did not announce in English. It would be more organized if they boarded sets of rows in sequence instead of mass boarding for economy. Also had a problem with transfer at Bangkok Airport. Fortunately I had adequate time for the connecting flight but the transfer area was not opened until 7pm. The transfer process is all new to me and not really easy to understand until the first experience. The Arrival and departure boards rotate airline information which was initially difficult to understand. The headsets were a problem in reference to fitting, volume and quality of tone."

I informed this detail to the Air China rep at check in but she would not listen nor care about it. I tried explaining several times, but basically got nowhere. Thanks for listening"

Desventajas: "fter serving a meal, it was 7 hours later we received any beverages. the cabin air was very dehydrating and everyone started coughing because we had been given no water. this is how people get sick and spread diseases. the plane definitely needed to consider hydration. and when they finally served us the meal, they didnt offer water rather coffee or tea and i had to ask for water and juice. the cabin temperature also fluctuated from hot to cold."

Desventajas: "The next phase in Taipei the following day was just the same circus as CA handed us (without clear information or announcements) off to any available carrier to get us to our intended destinations, again not communicating well; Turned over to Eva Air - who seemed to have the situation under control and knew how to communicate - loud and clear - to all customers - what we were going to be doing and when and why. In the future - flying Eva - even though this was the first ever event of this type I have had flying China Airlines. Eva provided both meal vouchers and boxes of candy to each and every customer affected while we awaited our flights to our final destinations. CA was silent - and also very absent when we arrived in SFO and went to collect our baggage - again Eva being the party taking action and responsibility to help us get our bags, with 1 of 3 damaged by CA handlers)."

Ventajas: "The flight was fast. Seating super tight. Food was mediocre. But because flight was fast, didn't have to suffer tight economy seating for more than 11 hours."

Desventajas: "food was not very good. The hot towels were cold. There was no one from China Airlines to help the 50 minute delayed passengers from the BKK to Teipei flight get through security and transfer to Teipei to SFO flight. It was very hectic with large crowds at security gates."
