Good reason but they had a/c on so cold all these times. Also I would appreciate coffee or some drink while waiting...I guess that's not possible in this case."

Ventajas: "My wife and I made the rookie mistake of showing up to the wrong airport in Osaka but the JAL staff helped us by transferring our reservation to a later flight so that we were still able to make our connecting flight from Tokyo to San Francisco. We're grateful to the entire staff at JAL for saving us a lot of time and money!"

Ventajas: "The majority of the crew had facials that made me feel like I shouldn't talk to them. The food wasn't the best but that was expected. There was movies and shows that kept me entertained for a while. Seats are normal couldn't walk or get up often because of turbulence."

The flight attendants emulate joy in their service to others, they are observant to the clients' needs even before they are asked for help. In a long flight such as this was, it was obvious that they also tend to the comfort of the passengers by ensuring that the restrooms are always clean & presentable. Will fly them again whenever I have the opportunity."

BESIDES, THERE WERE OTHER TWO PASSENGER'S RAISED THE SAME PROBLEM to EVA WHILE WE WERE THERE IN THE AIRPORT OF HONG KONG. SHOULD EVA TAKES THE RESPONSIBILITY OF IT?"

Desventajas: "Extra charge for surfboard was outrageous, finally got it down to $100 but I will put on social media they wanted to charge me $300 for a surfboard that was under 6 foot. All other airlines for surfboard under 9'6 are only $125 maxim. So completely unfair"

Desventajas: "Boarding from a shuttle bus gate at midnight is problematic... we had to stand on the bus in the dark, and couldn't figure out when the driver was going to turn or stop or go, so people (including many old people) were tripping over for the duration of the bus ride."

I had the bad chance to be served by a HIPER team of two flight attendants that rised my blood pressure. Their egarness to be productive and their rush were NOT justified, especially on such a long flight; low professionalizm."

Ventajas: "Ground crew facilitated the flow of the very long line, making sure it's moving along. The flight crew were helpful in finding a spot for your carry on and were always there when I needed assistance. Food was good but the Taipei-Manila flight, there was only one choice of meal."
Ventajas: "The comfortability of the ride was great. Seats were comfortable, easy to sleep in."
Desventajas: "The flight was delayed. The headphones weren't comfortable at all and the movies weren't easy to hear at all."

Desventajas: "They make me pay an extra fee of $150 for coming 1 hours before departure time."

Desventajas: "Economy chair doesn't recline at all. It was a minial space compare other airline's international flight."
Desventajas: "Las películas están en chino e inglés. Algunos en francés, Italiano o Alemán. Con la cantidad de castellano parlantes que hay en el mundo no entiendo que no haya películas en castellano."
Ventajas: "Airplanes are fairly new. Everything seemed fairly clean. Movie choices were good. The staff was really accommodating and friendly."
Desventajas: "Narrow seats in Economy. With every move, I had to be careful not to disturb the person next to me. I am a fairly skinny guy. This was quite challenging when I tried to eat. It was too easy to trigger the flight-attendant call button by accident with the touch screen. The icon is not really obvious and it is close to the screen on and off icon."
Ventajas: "Flight was great only issue was that I couldn't take my bag on the flight. It was said to weigh to much but others had heavy bags and had them on the flight."
Ventajas: "I am a vegetarian and they didnt have any options. Whatever options the crew could find, they said it was vegetarian but i dont think it was. The crew didnt understand english and couldnt speak english at all. Come-on you are operating an international airlines. The check in took good TWO hours- never have seen this delay in check in."

Desventajas: "Comfort was horrible! We were cramped in like sardines there was absolutely no room! To walk to rest for 13 hour flight. Crew is stiff a feels like they're paid to smile."

Ventajas: "One of the beat flying experiences ever. China Airlines does cust at a high level"

Ventajas: "The flight I was on was leaving at 1:45AM. It took about 15-20 minutes to check in our bags and there were about 75 people ahead of us. We didn't wait at all for TSA, just walked up and there was absolutely no line. The China airlines staff was very nice and helpful. Also, there were screens on the headrest in front of us and they had new tv shows, music and movies all for free and they even provided earphones."
Desventajas: "The seats could have been a little more comfortable but it wasn't unbearable."

Desventajas: "Crew was not friendly, very little patience. Overall just the way they served us as passages. Had better crew service in other flights"
Desventajas: "Something must be done about how far a person can recline their seats. I'm a '6 with long legs, the flight to Taipei was 13 hours. The guy in front of me reclined his seat all the way down. Flight crew was helpless."
Desventajas: "For a long flight the seat is uncomfortable, it needs to be more comfy and size could be better."
Ventajas: "The food was pretty good , I sat in premium economy, a far better enjoyable ride to regular economy so paying the a few extra hundred bucks help make a long flight tolerable. Oh yea the plane was nice it was the Airbus 300-777 I believe, also this was my first time flying with China Airline and overall it was a good experience ."
Desventajas: "The stewardess' could of been a bit nicer and a little more attentive . They were just a few screws shy of being robots not the whole crew but most of them from what I've seen. If you didn't speak chinese it was hard to understand the announcements over the intercom from most of the crew in english, but hey what do you expect it's a chinese airliner. Other than that it was a decent ride."
