El personal de Delta del aeropuerto, en concreto una chica con trenzas de color y el personal de embarque fueron lo mejor. Gracias por toda la ayuda que nos prestaron
El personal de Delta nos atendió e excelentemente. En especial las auxiliares en los puestos de Delta en el aeropuerto.
No vuelvo a contratar con esa compañía, ni con vosotros. Desde mayo intentando ponerme en contacto para cambiar el billete y no ha sido posible. He perdido el dinero sin poder ni siquiera poner una reclamación. Lo está estudiando consumo europeo.
Ha sido una de las peores experiencias que he tenido a la hora de viajar. El trato que recibimos mi hija y yo Por parte del equipo de facturación fue humillante. No sentimos tratados con desprecio y la educación. No volveré a viajar con esta compañía.
Retraso de dos horas en salir el avion por problemas en el programa de navegación. ¿No lo tienen comprobado antes de embarcar a 300 personas?
Es increible que no pudiera hacer la facturación online -según el personal del Delta con el que hable porque no había comprado el vuelo directamente con ellos- y que ademas Virgin o Kayak no me avisaran de ello, por lo que tuve que perder un tiempo precioso intentándolo

Somehow we wound up with seats right next to the bathroom door, which would have been a pretty uncomfortable situation for a variety of reasons, but the flight wasn't full, and she helped us find a suitable place to sit. Also, my wife and I usually take our tea with honey vs. milk and sugar. Even though honey is usually one of the options for tea, she found a way to accommodate our request. The lunch meals were the best I can remember in a long time on an airline flight. They might have been the best I've ever had. The chicken curry was authentic, flavorful and spicy. Frankly my outbound flight had problems. My luggage got damaged. The transfer experience in Manchester left a LOT to be desired. I wasn't planning to use Virgin Atlantic again, but this flight crew (Daniella especially) redeemed Virgin Atlantic. They were attentive, pleasant, diligent."

Multiple levels of passport control and baggage checkout are chaotic, but that's for most all flights coming into USA? VIrgin/Delta handled it well enough. By the time we got through passport control in Boston ur bags were waiting and we had no problems at all."

Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."
Desventajas: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

En el embarque no hay contacto con personal por ser automatizado que acelera el trámite evitando posibles retrasos, intervienen para solucionar problemas. El vuelo operó en horario."
Desventajas: "La recogida del equipaje en Madrid tardó más de 30 minutos desde que llegamos a la cinta hasta que aparecieron las primeras maletas"
Ventajas: "El embarque fue en hora y sin inconvenientes. El vuelo salió en horario y llegando a destino en horario. Considerando que es un vuelo de 30 minutos el hecho que economy te sirvan un refrigerio que fue de una oblea dulce y bebidas me parece mas que acceptable."
Desventajas: "Comida mala y de pago. Entretenimiento a bordo inexistente. No proyectan nada ni hay wifi interna como en otros sitios."

No me gustó, que ninguna azafata no hable español o castellano. Por lo demás todo ok.
Una compañía de 10!Mi marido se puso malo y le atendieron genial toda la tripulación.Súper profesionales,amables y encima te dan de comer genial.Gracias!!!
Excelente atención
No nos sirvieron desayuno ni café antes de llegar a destino a la vielta.
La comida podría mejorar la calidad. El plato de pollo con arroz era algo picante y no nos avisaron.
Me gusto la puntualidad y El personal a bordo podría ser más simpático

Desventajas: "Did not like that you had to pay for drinks & snacks. For someone of Finnair’s standing, you would think they would include it."

My favorite, though, was that the captain took the time to alert us to the sights out the window. We had closed the shades at the request of the attendants and would have missed the beauty of Greenland had he not alerted us to peak out. I appreciate that!"

Desventajas: "We were unable to find a row of seats to more comfortably facilitate traveling with a baby and a toddler as seats that should have had a cot or extra seating didn't have the cot and were sold out for an additional fee before we had the chance to. Discussing this with the staff at check0in and at the gate, made no difference as they had no knowledge of what was available on that particular flight. Every time I fly with American I'm reminded of why I don't like the airline and I will do my best to avoid them moving forward regardless of competitive ticket pricing."

Desventajas: "15 hours before the flight, I was locked out from the website to check in and secure seats. I then called British airways to do so and after 15 min of the agent trying to get seats, she told me that there was a shutdown and no passengers were able to do so and everyone had to book seats at airport. When I got to Heathrow, the agent told me that was not true and everyone was able to book online.. Misleading!"

The seats were cramped (coming from someone average height) and the middle and window seats have a combined under the seat compartment so you don't feel like you have personal space. I wish the breakfast was more substantial, but other than that it was a wonderful flight and I would definitely take it again!"
Desventajas: "This is 2016 and to have planes that don't have in seat screens for entertainment is ridiculous. This was over a 9 hour flight. Won't choose your airline again because of this."
Ventajas: "The flight itself was very good. The food is descent and there are good selection of movies."
Desventajas: "My bag was left in London during my connection and arrived in Denver the next day. From what I understand once my bag arrived it was handed off to a third party delivery company. I am not sure how to complain to this company, maybe British Airways has a way to do it since they hired them. My bag must have arrived around 3:30pm in Denver. I got a text at 5pm that my bag was being delivered, which is fine so far. I did not hear before 10pm from the delivery guy about an estimated delivery time of my luggage, at that point he said he would show up around midnight. He eventually arrived at 3am. I don't know how the delivery company plans their deliveries but this is rather unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this happens to me. Do they really always expect people to stay up until 3am the day after an international flight to get their luggage that was mis-handled by the airline.... I'd rather just drive to the airport myself the next day to get my suitcase myself."
Desventajas: "The headphone socket didn't work, the screen was tiny, the food was bordering on the inedible, the seating was cramped and uncomfortable, the air was dirty and unhealthy."
Ventajas: "Short good flight, with no issues. Friendly crew that were very professional."
Desventajas: "No complaints."
