Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Desventajas: "Domestic air travel in the USA has generally lost it's way. The costomer experience can be negatively influenced at so many points during the average trip. On this flight, other passengers (one family) with disgusting manners, smelly carry on food and generally poor attitudes, made it a captive experience. The crew were the bright spot. An airline can't help that much but, can mitigate the damage and the employees did that. You have very good people."

I understand paying for the movies (although if you really wanted to stand out above the competition you could offer a select movie for free like in the old days), however the option to watch some satellite tv channels at no cost would be great. Ventajas: "Good in flight food and services."
Desventajas: "How come hawaiian airlines, who continually advertised moana and hire they sponsor the movie, but they don't offer it?! I was really disappointed."
Ventajas: "The crew treats you well"
Desventajas: "Seats are cramped, food is pretty poor, and the old planes don't have the movie screens at every seat,and there is not much to watch. Sound system is also pretty poor"
Ventajas: "Crew was great. Left you alone if you wanted to sleep. Flight was uneventful and that's good."
Desventajas: "No wifi in the airport or on the plane?! So on a 6+ hour flight no entertainment unless you rent a $15 dollar tablet."
Ventajas: "The seats were amazing... very comfortable."
Desventajas: "The flight attendants were unfriendly, cold, and seemed very annoyed. The entertainment was VERY pricey - that was an unwelcome surprise for such a long flight. I would rather bring my own food and be able to distract myself with a series of complimentary movies."
Ventajas: "Nice to have a meal. The mai tai was great! Charging for movies is not appreciated though."
Ventajas: "Relaxing music on the plane, extremely friendly staff, efficient, and comfortable. The comfort level was basic - not a super updated aircraft - but overall a great flight experience."
Desventajas: "Everything was great. Aircraft wasn't super updated but no problem!"
Ventajas: "The crew was excellent.. the airlines customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I will never fly Hawaiian again"
Desventajas: "Had a 6 hour delay due to the fact that a crew member didn't show up... Hawaiian didn't offer any chance of changing airlines to accommodate anybody and only gave us a $100 voucher on future flights... like I'd ever fly with this airline again. If the delay was due to weather or a mechanical issue I would've understood, however one of there crew members calling in sick delays my vacation by a whole day and they say there's nothing they can do. Completely ridiculous."
Ventajas: "Food was good! Hawaiian music and warm greetings got us in the vacation mood as soon as we boarded."
Desventajas: "Free movies on a 6 hour cross ocean flight would have been much appreciated."
Ventajas: "Not much. The crew members' smiles were nice. That's about it."
Desventajas: "So cold! I asked 4 times for the temperature to be adjusted. Each time the crew member said that the temp was adjusted, and it would be getting warmer. Let me be clear: IT NEVER GOT WARMER! Furthermore, Hawaiian Airlines had the nerve to charge econ seats $10 per blanket. Even for babies! And we even heard a toddler say, "Mom, it's sooooo cold!""
Ventajas: "The food was delicious. I did not expect to have a complimentary champagne with my meal. It was nice. The flight attendants were very helpful. I was feeling sick on the plane. They keep asking if i need anything."
Desventajas: "I was very disappointed that I have to paid for the used of the blanket. it was cold on the plane. It used to be free. Luckily I brought a sweater with me. Otherwise , I be freezing."
Desventajas: "Me pareció un poco elevado los precios de las peliculas y shows que se ofrecían para entretenimiento"

Estaba corriendo para poder abordar el vuelo y después cambiaron el capitán y un señal de salida roto y esperaron últimos detalles del vuelo…estábamos esperando en el avión para una hora.
Ventajas: "Amabilidad y servicio"
Desventajas: "Entretenimiento pantallas no servían, no se escucha nada y no dan audífonos"
Desventajas: "Estuvo bien porque fue un viaje corto, gracias."
Desventajas: "Recomiendo Delta y la página de Kayak es buena y segura.. fue un excelente viaje, gracias."
Ventajas: "Me gusto casi todo"
Desventajas: "Vi un alto estándar de atención y puntualidad. Sugiero hacer las indicaciones del despegue y aterrizaje en idioma español"
Ventajas: "Muy confortable el asiento"
Desventajas: "Todo está perfecto, creo que deberían seguir dando el sándwich que daban en vez d los snack"
Ventajas: "Los asientos no son cómodos"
Desventajas: "Es y sera la mejor aerolinea en la que e viajado. Sin lugar a duda de hoy en adelante siempre buscare esta para viajar. Gracias"
Ventajas: "Llegó a la hora estimada"
Desventajas: "Me dejan sin palabras es una mala malicima experiencia con esta aerolínea quise cancelar mi vuelo y nadie se hizo responsable ni no tienen ningún numero de teléfono donde comunicarce el cliente que pena"
Desventajas: "Dar almohadas"
Ventajas: "Muy buen servicio"
Desventajas: "La comida"
Ventajas: "todos muy amables"
Ventajas: "Puntualidad y gran actitud de apoyo en atención en aeropuerto de Quito"
Ventajas: "Todo, especialmente el entretenimiento"
Desventajas: "La comida, muy floja"
Ventajas: "El personal muy amable y a pesar de que se retraso el vuelo todos mantuvieron la calma y lo manejaron muy bien. El asiento no está mal, es cómodo."
Ventajas: "Muy puntuales."
Desventajas: "Mi asiento fue el último y no se me permitió tener otra opción."
Ventajas: "Tripulación buena .."
Desventajas: "Me cancelaron como 5 veces mi vuelo de JFK a Buffalo Nueva York... pase más de dos noches esperando en el aeropuerto y no me quisieron proporcionar una habitación de algún hotel o algo para por lo menos tomar un baño..."
Ventajas: "Buena atención, asiento normal."
Desventajas: "Incluir un refrigerio durante el vuelo"
Ventajas: "La tripulación muy bien."
Desventajas: "El personal del aeropuerto pésimo, te hablan de la peor manera. El vuelo de Atlanta a Costa Rica se canceló y simplemente dijeron mañana sale a las 7am y no hay hotel ni cena, tratan a los turistas como perros."
Ventajas: "Vuelo salió a tiempo"
Desventajas: "Que avisen antes que el vuelo fue operado por otra aerolínea , no fue delta."

Ventajas: "El vuelo fue de delta pero estaba operado por Aeroméxico. El personal de ambas líneas muy grosero. En especial una señorita de Aeroméxico llamada Yadira Díaz que tenía un distintivo de entrevistador literalmente me dijo que le hiciera como quisiera que ella no me iba a atender."
Desventajas: "Ambas aerolíneas (Delta y Aeroméxico) tienen que capacitar a su personal"
Ventajas: "Tripulación Excelente atención."
Desventajas: "Desastrosa atencion y asiento. Solicite que me den uno junto a mi esposa y me cambiaron a otro al fondo de tamanio menor que el usual y al lado una persona obesa que ocupaba la mitad de ese asiento. La persona que recibio nuestro equipaje nos hizo cambiar cosas de las maletas por un exceso de 0,5 kg"
Ventajas: "Pantallas con peliculas"
Desventajas: "Asientos hiper pequeños, muy incomodo!"

Desventajas: "Se perdió tiempo acomodando los equipajes, que los pasajeros entren al avión con menis maletas."

Desventajas: "Me rompieron el equipaje de correa"
Ventajas: "La comida a bordo es de lo mejor y su asiento de cama plana es ideal para descansar durante el vuelo. Pude ver una muy buena película mientras cenaba."
Desventajas: "Nada"

Desventajas: "Las opciones de comida"

Desventajas: "A mi no me gusta la distancia para reclamar la maletas, la television no fuàncionaba"
Ventajas: "La atención del personal fue muy buena."
Desventajas: "El vuelo se retraso 1 hora y la comida estuvo horrible."
Ventajas: "El abordaje muy rápido sencillo, todos los pilotos de delta siempre salen a recibir a sus pasajeros."
Desventajas: "Pasó exactamente lo mismo que en el vuelo anterior una persona ya estaba sentada en mi lugar y en esta ocasión traté de decirle, pero la pasajera me ignoró o no me entendía"
Ventajas: "La atención fue muy buena, los asientos son muy cómodos el servicio de entretenimiento, cuentan con una entrada de audífonos y salida usb para cargar tu teléfono mientras viajas.el wifi en la nave son un plus."
Desventajas: "Pague un upgrade a un mejor lugar y Mi asiento se regresaba a la posición original solo el cual tenía que que estar acomodándolo , a pesar de que el personal me comentó que era una nave nueva."
Desventajas: "No dan realmente comida"
Ventajas: "Excelente horario para viajar a Monterrey, El vuelo no estaba saturado y fueron muy puntuales"

Desventajas: "Me abrieron y revisaron la valija. Incluso teniendo un candado, lo rompieron y la cerraron con un precinto."

Ventajas: "I love the idea to have a non stop flight and the seats are very comfortable to be this an excellent flight just need to give more snacks that would be great :)"
Desventajas: "Took to much time the boarding and we needed more snacks"
Ventajas: "Nunca había tenido un vuelo con tan buen servicio. El personal al muy amable y simpático. Siempre pasaba el personal ofreciéndonos comida y bebida. La merienda muy completa, platos a escoger, snacks, postres. Gracias Delta :)"
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusto que al momento de llegar a Atlanta si le dieron una silla de ruedas pero no hubo quien la llevara a la salida!!!!"
Ventajas: "El vuelo de Deltavse demoró casi 2 hs. Nadie del personal quiso ayudarme para evitar perder la conexión en JFK, porque no había comprado el billete con Delta. Perdón el vuelo, me costó dinero. Delta es una empresa de pésimo servicio"
Desventajas: "No hubo comida como servicio"
Desventajas: "Sin comidas en vuelo de más de 5 horas"
Ventajas: "Vuelos a tiempo Personal amable"
Desventajas: "Maletas no incluidas en precios"
Ventajas: "Cortesía del personal, antes y durante el vuelo. Opciones de entretenimiento a bordo. Menú variado. Puntualidad. Me gusta mucho volar con Delta, y este vuelo (directo Málaga-NY) para mí es una opción muy buena; lástima que no esté disponible todo el año."
Desventajas: "Tristemente, este vuelo sólo opera algunos meses al año."
