Desventajas: "Someone got sick in the isle across from me. The staff cleaned it up, but laid newspaper down on the floor. Within hours it was shredded and looked a mess. Also, the interior of the cabin was a bit worn -- carpets bad, toilets out of paper, light & call buttons not working.... needs a facelift for sure. Staff was not that concerned or responsive as on other flights."

Desventajas: "I booked in my ticket in advance to have seats for my wife & my mom together as they were travelling with an infant. I also confirmed by calling Air India customer care. But once we went to take our boarding passes, we were surprised that customer care representative put different seats. I had repeatedly asked the guy who was charging for extra seat and he confirmed 17D & 17E, but it was 17 & 27. Whole purpose of paying more was defeated."

Ventajas: "When we checked our baggage in JFK, we were told that all we have to do was pick the bags and take it to transfer. But when we got to Delhi, they refused to take our bags in transfer. We were stucked with 4 luggages along with our handcarys for 17 hours & no hotel room provided by airlines."
Desventajas: "Inconsistency with their rules and poor poor customer service at Delhi airport. Staffs were very rude."
Desventajas: "Crew shuts off Two restrooms for there use only by posting sign of "Under Maintenance". These are specially one of the rear restrooms. There are only 6 restrooms in the plane, out of which crew of 5 takes one rest room for them selves. You may divide 200 passengers for 4 Restrooms."

Coffee and tea served in tiny cups and asking for more was as good as asking for the moon. Seats are extremely uncomfotsble. Overall a miserable flight and dreading the return flight."

Desventajas: "The plane was old and dated, with duct tape visibly used everywhere. There was a moldy smell that hits you as soon you cross the business class into economy. The flight was delayed because two passengers where assigned the same seat on the flight, which took a lengthy time to resolve. No beverages or snacks were offered until 4 hrs into the flight and when it came to dinner, they ran out of food (veg option). They pieced together a meal for me (and many others), which basically was bread and whatever leftovers they had un-used from business class meals. The air hostesses where rarely seen unless it was for lunch/dinner service, and had a poor attitude. I asked for some water and they made it seem like it was an out of the world request. Both takeoff and landing where harsh. At take off, it was almost like a vertical take off and at landing, we came in too fast and once on the ground the pilot slammed on the breaks. If I had more time to book, I would of gone with another airline... will never be flying with Air India again."

Desventajas: "the seat covers are not clean. plus the blankets that are offered have stains. the remotes for television are almost broken. the button used for chair reclining do not work properly and needs to be pushed so hard that it keeps disturbing the passenger in the next seat."
Ventajas: "A 14 hour flight that reached an hour early. They upgraded people for free so I got an extra leg-space seat for no extra money. Overall, a very pleasant flight."
