We were told that people with boarding passes of the original flight date had to wait for more recent passes. This led many to think that they would be kicked off the flight after waiting 24hrs. Once we did finally board we found that they had made a mistake and had to deboard a passenger resulting in an extra hour delay"

Unfortunately, we had an older flight attendant who seemed less than thrilled to be with us this flight."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."

Ventajas: "I wish this airline had more service within the US!! This airline is impeccable. We flew 16 hours from Doha to Miami and it was amazing. At the airport in Doha the flight representative went above and beyond to accommodate better seating for myself and my son. Luckily it was not a full flight and lots of the passengers had plenty of space. The staff is VERY friendly and VERY professional. I will definitely be giving this airline my hard earned money in the future for reservations as much as I can!!!!"

Our options were we could pay 700+ dollars per person to reroute our plane, or we could go to Hawaii without our stuff, which was just not within reason obviously."

There was wikiwiki bus shuttle to the inter island terminal but people without check in luggage lost about 30min at the airport. Hawaiian Airlines should work harder to be prompt on the arrival gate every time. Very unpredictable and inefficient."

Desventajas: "So cold! I asked 4 times for the temperature to be adjusted. Each time the crew member said that the temp was adjusted, and it would be getting warmer. Let me be clear: IT NEVER GOT WARMER! Furthermore, Hawaiian Airlines had the nerve to charge econ seats $10 per blanket. Even for babies! And we even heard a toddler say, "Mom, it's sooooo cold!""
