The food, if such a term may be applied here, was inedible. Just vile. In flight entertainment was a complete joke. Boarding was awful, but it always is. Seats were extremely uncomfortable. This racket is the ultimate way to rip somebody off of $1000. Horrible."

Also the flight attendants spoke only in Korean when walking down the aisles offering coffee, tea, etc. When I fly on other Asian airlines (Singaporean, Japan Airlines, All Nippon) everything is bilingual so it is easy to understand what is being offered or asked."

This is an expected attitude if you fly anywhere with mainland Chinese passengers . If escalated it would result in her screaming and complaining. But it is an Asian airline and I can't control the passenger who choose to fly so I can't complain too much. Still would recommend to friends."

Ventajas: "The treatment by the crew makes you feel like you’re home. Attendants were nice and helpful. Responsive."
Desventajas: "Boarding was delayed due to Korean air that was scheduled at 11:30, but our boarding was at 11:20. Then the bags took so long to get to the carousel. Other flights like the Qatar Air has bags waiting for the passengers. The SFO flight’s bags also were serviced better."

Desventajas: "On my Departure to Manila it's was almost 6 hours dealy which I lose my transport booking and reaching the hotel by 9 pm."

Desventajas: "During my Manila 8 hour layover, someone forced tonight unlock my luggage, opened some gifts inside( canned candies) envelope containing money and gifts. At this point while writing this review, im not finish unpacking and will continue to check next day to make sure im not missing anything else."
Ventajas: "Entertainment and the crew was really good"
Desventajas: "Boarding was terrible. Took over an hour and a half to just board the plane. Could have been done better. Left almost 50 minutes late because of boarding"
Ventajas: "Service was even better on the second leg of the trip and the leg room and seat were very comfortable."

Desventajas: "Terrible customer service, took weeks to issue a refund after cancelling a flight completely without being able to present a reasonable solution or new flight. Had to rebook with another company and pay another $300 to do so. Philippines Air was unwilling to work with us or help us."

Desventajas: "My son didn't receive any goodies at all on our way to Cebu but coming back to LA, he received Madagascar coloring book with crayons, headset, and a stuff toy. Over all it was excellent."
