Desventajas: "Poor behavior of the flight tender, no humility, poor respect, disgraceful... also the seats in the toilet are defective (all of the passengers noticed this) - the plastic covers when you lift them (open) do not keep vertical position, they always fall down what is very annoying (how can you use the toilet if the cover is falling on your back all of the time?)"

Desventajas: "Se atraso la conexion en Varsovia, la señorita recibio la informacion del restraso despues que yo. Me dejaron mis maletas a pesar del retraso y que habia pagado por llevarlas. Luego el servicio de Grund Global que les maneja el equipaje a LOT muy pero muy mala... nunca contestaron el telefono, por lo que no pude hacerl el reclamo del equipaje para darle seguimiento. Luego me encontraron mis maletas pero yo viaje el 4 de agosto al Delta del Danubio por lo que fue imposible que me las llevaran a la ubicacion. Una maleta llego a Bucarest el 6 y la otra el 8 de agosto. Dos dias antes de mi proxima parada en Europa (Italia) cuando llegue al aeropuerto a recoger el equipaje, nuevamente nadie respondio al telefono, por lo que tuvimos que acudir al personal del aeropuerto para que yo udiera entrar al area restringida a recoger mi equipaje. Muy tardado y dificl localizar a alguna persona que me pudiese apoyar en la recuperacion del equipaje."

Desventajas: "LOT was late on every flight. Did not miss any connections, but could not leave on-time if it was there only responsibility."

Desventajas: "Check-in at Budapest was horrible! Two girls working there were unprofessional, unhelpful, stood there talking and joking while my family waited. I had to sit separate from my wife and small children with special needs!!!! Fire these people!!!"

Desventajas: "When I handed over my boarding pass, I was told I had to walk seven gates away for an "extra security check." I am 71 years old and don't run well. I only object to the fact that they did not have the security check available at the boarding gate - or they might have called my name and sent me over there well before beginning boarding. They did assure me they would wait for me but I was the antepenultimate person to board the plane and quite upset by the whole thing."

Desventajas: "Very, very cramped seating. Extraordinary measures needed to even try to maneuver arms to try to eat. Food provided sustenance but no pleasure. Seriously, you should just serve pierogies and everyone would be happy. Desserts were actually quite tasty."

Ventajas: "The plane was nice and new. I loved the dimmed windows! I was told by my family about not adequate legroom but it was not bad, even with the middle and window seat (economy). Leg rest attachment was helpful."
Desventajas: "Only issue, when the row in front of me reclined their seats (nice and comfortable angle), I had to recline mine as well in order to sit comfortably and watch the movies. I also had to ask them to fold it back if I wanted to step away, otherwise there was no way to get out from the middle and window seat. The plane was also delayed at the origin, but unfortunately that is very usual for this airline, not sure why."

Desventajas: "Unhelpful crew, bad food, no complimentary wine."
Desventajas: "I fly 35 years at least 2 times a year to different companies. For the first time in the life of the company flew Lot (and the last) and was unpleasantly surprised: 1. The stewardesses did not hide their antipathy towards the native speakers of English and Russian (they were scornful and rude), although they were friendly and attentive to the passengers speaking Polish, 2. The food is tasteless and small (I have ordinary needs)."

Desventajas: "Again, the flight from Warsaw to Chicago in Jan 6 was much better than the other one from Chicago to Warsaw in Dec 27. That flight (Dec 27) I would rate as okey. Food was poor. Instead of meat there was a piece of conjunctive tissue which was impossible to cut or chew at all. Who made a decision to feed people in limited space with beans? I wish this person would seat among them for 8 hours to enjoy it fully."

Desventajas: "I flew in Premium, but I had to call the airline to have the seat assigned. I could not choose the seat online although the website said I could choose a seat ahead of time. The only way to see the arrangement of seats was through seatguru.com. The best seats for the Premium Class are 4A, 4B and 4F and 4G, which are the first row in Premium. The rest of them have legs or boxes under the seat in front of you, so there is really now way you can stretch your legs fully under the seat in front of you during the flight. I was able to secure 4G for my return flight from Warsaw, but going to Warsaw from O'Hare I was put into 6B, no proper room for the right leg. They did not let us use the Business Class bathroom, which was much closer. We had to go all the way to the bathroom behind the row 19. Very inconvenient. They allow dogs in the Premium cabin, so if you are allergic to dogs brace yourself. I fly LOT only when I have no other option."
