I was injured and in a wheelchair and this was not only a major inconvenience it was also poorly handled for someone who needed additional help. It was every man for himself. I was very disappointed"

Ventajas: "After requesting a special meal, the flight attendants made absolutely sure of my identity before passing the meal to me (which was GREAT!). Having the pillow, blanket and headphones ready in place when boarding was considerate of Korean Air. Of course, no matter what, having to ask people to accommodate the requests to use the lavatory got old really fast (I had a window seat) but it's what had to happen. Overall, for such a long flight, the airline is a pleasant one with which to fly."

Desventajas: "JustFly billed the wrong price, then to fix that,created a new ticket with my name misspelled and failed to cancel the original ticket. We later upgrade seats via Singapore then discovered the duplicate booking and misspelling. To fix that JustFly cancelled the booking with the seat upgrade. Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

Desventajas: "Chairs on the new A380 although more comfortable than the Boeing 777 are still very uncomfortable for sleeping in the economy class. Plane is so big that it takes a while for first and business class to load and unload. Luggage took forever to unload for the same reason."
Ventajas: "I loved the touch of luxury, even sitting in the economy , the hot towels, the good food , attractively prepared , the free wine and the courtesy of all the team. This was my third time flying with Singapore Airlines and I hope not the last time. The big plane flew so quietly, it was a wonderful flight."

Ventajas: "The in-flight entertainment options were rather sparse (compared to other airlines I've flown in the past e.g. Singapore Airlines/Qatar/Emirates). However, everything else was pretty good. The bathrooms were maintained throughout the flight and I appreciated the water bottle so I wouldn't have to keep waiting for the little trays of drinks to come around."

But then again, all they said was "you need to wait" in Chinese also so maybe they are just not polite in general) They could have had better movie selections Both flights were delayed"

Those who are on carb free diet should make a special request prior to travel as their food is very heavy on carb and light on protein."

Flight to Seoul from New York was also delayed by 8 hours and I ended up having to spend ~$70 for hotel/taxi due to arriving in Seoul past midnight. Horrible experience both there and back and don't think I would ever take Asiana again."

Desventajas: "I only wish the seats were more comfortable for such a long flight. I understand that the length of the flight cannot be changed… It is just difficult to set the entire time. I wish the premium seats cost less so that I could afford to lay down"
Ventajas: "I liked the airbus used to fly from and to the USA. On a 15 hour flight comfort is key, and they did their best. The have build little foot pedals to rest your feet on. Meals also came often, and the food was on the better end of airplane food. Crew was also very friendly!"
Desventajas: "The crew only came around with water every 3 hours or so. This is unacceptable on a long flight."
Ventajas: "The crew was lovely and very helpful. They were attentive and constantly providing beverages. The films were nice and a large selection. The food was delicious and it was overall a lovely flight which was nice since it was over 13 hours in length."
Desventajas: "It would have been nice for slightly more space but it is definitely not the most cramped economy class I have sat in. Additionally, it would have been nice to have different movies from my flight to Seoul but there is so much too choose from that this is not a real issue either."

Ventajas: "For 14 hours, it was passable. Food surprisingly good (only chose Asian selections; Western food looked dismal). More movie options would be nice."

Desventajas: "Not enough snack small amount of wine usually you get 1 small bottle. NOT enough movies choice. No control on the air over your head."

Desventajas: "No wifi on the flights means I'm limited to working offline and Asiana's IFE system, which was amazing but had limited selection."

Desventajas: "The food wasn't that great. It was better on the way in. Boarding took forever. It didnt seem like they came around with beverages."

Desventajas: "13 hour from Seoul to NYC and the crew never once went into and took care of any of the four bathrooms in the lower cabin in economy class. On the flight two weeks before from JFK - they did a great job on the bathrooms.On both flights there was no need for the constant interruptions telling us to put the seat belts on. Just turn on the light no need to make an announcements in two languages."
Desventajas: "There were some disrespectful passengers who were disruptive during the flight."
Ventajas: "They had a show of different traditional Korean costumes. The girls then allowed the passengers to take pictures with them. A fun time."
Desventajas: "It was a long long flight. I wish they used those black holes for travel."

They only came out when then they serve the meals. It’s a long travel, they should have checks the passengers if they needed anythin"
Desventajas: "Checking in your luggage take too long. The staff specially the Manila, seems not well train because they keep going to each other and discuss things or asked the other crew what to do. I started checking in at 4:08 pm and I finished past 6:00. Crews should checks the passengers every now and the"

Desventajas: "Younger male crew stewards spend a little too much time appeasing female passengers and female stewards. I asked a male steward for something very easy to do, instead he wasted about 30 minutes talking to two female passengers (that had moved from their assigned seats). Lacked discipline."

Desventajas: "Was in business class and service is poor. Food was mediocre and service was not at par as other business class airlines. Toilet is dirty most times and lacking toiletries. Very unsanitary. Only thing good is all service staff always smile but lack proper and on time service training."
Desventajas: "We were left behind because of the long line and slow service. On top of that, they open all our eight luggages that made four of us missed our flight and the rebooking fee is too expensive. We'll never fly with PAL again. It cost us a fortune because of their poor customer service."

Desventajas: "The seat was cramped and uncomfortable. Although I am a person of short stature, my back was achy throughout the flight."

Ventajas: "I love the service from the crew! I lost count after 6 glasses of coke and orange drinks. They had a lot of patience! I loved also the flight, there wasn’t or no air turbulence."
Desventajas: "The Manila international airport still needs improvement when checking in, the lines were incredible long and there wasn’t any space to walk around in terminal 2 PAL international departures. If you have big shoulders..you are better off with business class, the seats are for slimmer people."

Desventajas: "As we landed 15 minutes early we were forced to wait 45 minutes on the plane because our gate was occupied. after we finally got off and went through customs we waited another hour to receive our luggage. When the luggage finally came out the crews luggage was the first to come out. So we all watched as the crew gathered their luggage which took another 15 minutes. Shouldn't the paying customers be first?"
