I had to pay $15 for a "preferred" seat, which was an aisle seat on row 7, near the front of the economy section. I was told by an employee that the only economy seats were the middle seats, that aisle and window seats were preferred seats. I was told the plane was full and they could not change my "preferred" seat although I did see empty seats on the plane after takeoff. Also bathroom facilities were poor - only two in the back for the entire economy seating. And the aisles were narrow."

After the hour, gate agent didn't announce on the loudspeaker that they were boarding so my friend just happened to look up and thank God she did because otherwise we would've missed the flight. No wifi, entertainment, snacks, etc."

Desventajas: "My work trip was canceled and I was told by a Canadian flight network agency that it was a non refundable flight but I could change it for $100. I booked via kayak but somehow was routed to this agency in Canada and it was extremely difficult to understand the staff member. What I could understand is it is a waste of $ and I won't be booking again."

Desventajas: "Given unsafe seat. Had to change at last minute prior to landing, by a very abrupt flight attendant. Seat should have been red lined. Another passenger where I was moved to had a similar experience. My flight attendant told me that I should have reported the issue earlier. How was I to know that any seatback that goes up 2 inches short of vertical is bad. Am I to know the airline or FAA rules?"
Ventajas: "Can't really complain re: a direct flight for less than other airlines charge for a flight with layovers. Large, comfortable plane with good food. $25 for an exit row seat was worthwhile as I had 4 rows(!) to myself. Flight attendants were great."
Desventajas: "No in-flight entertainment. When I chose my seat online, I was made to believe it was basically a full flight (only ~3 seats were available and they were all middle seats) so I spent $25 on an exit row seat. Once we boarded, it became apparent that there were a TON of open seats and I would have been able to get an aisle. Kind of sketchy for them to misrepresent the seating like that."
Ventajas: "The flight itself was great. I had no issues there. The crew was great and I was comfortable."
Desventajas: "I repeatedly had issues with their website and I couldn't checkin online or update any of my information, even when I called them. I also had to connect flights at the airport and I asked the airline beforehand if I had enough time, as I flew into a different terminal. They said that I did, but I almost missed my flight, even though I had two hours. The signage was poor as MSP, which isn't Sun Country's fault, however they made the transfer sound easier than it was."
Desventajas: "I was blockaded from access to the bathroom(s). The first class dragon forbade access to anyone but 1st class and the rear bathrooms were blockaded bt workers handing out drinks. Very tough on us 75+ crowd.We don't get much time from urge to crisis."
Desventajas: "I felt like a sardine in a can. Seriously can you make seating more comfortable? It's torture while first class is treated like royalty. The coach seats were hard as rocks and tiny. I hate flying because airline companies treat people who can't afford the over priced first class seats like cattle. Airlines are greedy. The good price for the flight is great but in the end feeling cramped and getting my legs and arms bumped every time someone walks by is ridiculous. GET COMFORTABLE SEATING IN COACH DAMN IT!!"
Ventajas: "A good price for non-stop flight. It flies out of terminal 2 which has easier access than terminal 1 at the MSP airport. The afternoon fly out time worked well with my schedule."

Before we bought the tickets, we were told to bring proof of the funeral we were attending to get a discount/refund for the airfare afterward, then on the return flight we were dismissed as fools for not presenting this info when we bought the ticket. How could we present info for something that had not yet taken place. The obituary didn't even hit the papers until 2 days after our original flight. Also - the MSP security harassed my 80-year-old mother & she is now having nightmares as a result. Sun Country could have done us a service by letting us know when we booked her flight as a senior that there were safeguards for her, but we were told nothing."

El entretenimiento hay que pagarlo, así como los alimentos, y no valen la pena. United debería aprender a dar buen servicio como lo hacen las aerolíneas europeas, como Eldeweiss."

Al llegar al aeropuerto de Newark para hacer el check in solo me admitieron el equipaje de mano del bebe, Al manifestar mi inconformidad ya que me suministraron telefonicamente la información erronea, y despues de mucho insistir y hablar con la supervisora, me toco pagar 150 USD por una maleta, cantidad que no tenia en ese momento, y finialmente logre viajar. Al legar a medellin, luego de la conexión de bogota, nows informan que no llegaron las dos maletas. United nunca las envio. llegaron al otro dia. Solicito respeto, seriedad y que me devuelvan el dinero por la maleta que me toco pagar por culpa de la mala información suministrada. Ademas de que me mintieron, se quedaron con mi dinero."
