Desventajas: "The main issue was getting off the plane in Sydney - we had to wait for a bus to offload us as the plane was sitting a long distance from the terminal. The bus eventually came, offloaded half the passengers and then returned 20 minutes later to start to offload the rest. It's the longest time I've ever spend disembarking from a plane and clearing an airport - very poor whoever was responsible (I'm assuming Sydney airport was at fault)."

They normally only allow early boarding of young children, but we need extra time as I have 2 children to organise and my daughters sight dictates that i have to assist her. Other passengers were not impressed. I would like the airlines to take the initiative to have all children boarded early as if we board with everyone else, the aisles will be blocked as my children try to get organised."

Ventajas: "This was my first time flying with ANA airlines and it was great. First the staff where we checked in we're amazingly helpful! They spoke great English and ensured me and my husband sat together during our 15 hr flight to Vietnam.! They had so many options on new movies and music that helped pass the time. The food was very tasty as well as there snacks and drinks! The entire staff were helpful and appeared to enjoy their jobs. I will always fly with ANA when returning to ASIA."

I got an aisle seat to have a little extra room (I'm 6'1") only to get hit big time by the food cart (they did apologize). The food was plentiful, but mediocre at best. The flight attendants were working hard, but we're abrupt and tired. Overall, I have three stars, when in the past, flying SA was always a five star experience. It got me back home though. :)"

Se restrasó el abordaje pero en general fue bueno y sin contratiempos. No me gustó que no te permitan bajar al piso principal cuando vas en vuelo de conexion.
Excelente servicio y linea aérea, buenos espacios de equipaje y gran servicio de comida. Los espacios un poco justos para un vuelo interoceánico, pero de lo mejor que he visto

Desventajas: "Filthy toilets at the beginning of the flight. If they were ever cleaned they didn’t get behind the toilet or the walls. The walls stained with something dripping. Paint peeling in toilet. No room at all. I am small and with seat in front pushed back I couldn’t move."

Desventajas: "When I went to transfer flight to Perth there was an agent at the security who found that I had a wallet ninja and showed him it just threw it in the trash without asking me what my options were. Had an attitude when I asked what the heck? He was totally rude and ruined my perception of the Qantas staff."
Desventajas: "Our bags were put on the wrong belt and we didn't receive them for over an hour."

Desventajas: "The 7 hour delay was unacceptable and we were not happy with the lack of customer service with Justlfy! I will never use them again to make any airline reservations."

Ventajas: "Great choice of entertainment. Served good food often with nice menu selection. Seats a bit tight as with all airlines. Fruit was fabulous and fresh - there were none left when I requested mine, but the flight attendant said there may be some left from other servers. Within a few minutes, she did bring one which I was thankful as I didn’t care for the other selection."
Desventajas: "Close seats especially when others recline, but we were lucky on this flight no one did as it wasn’t a full flight so people moved around."
Ventajas: "The way your seats reclined: back/head your typical recline but add your seats bottom sliding forward. Best sleep I have ever had while in International economy. Sadly our plane to Australia from Los Angeles did not have the same seats. Entertainment selection excellent ! Great line up of brand new and older movies. I was able to use my noise cancelling headphones in your jack which was a big plus."
Desventajas: "Paying an extra $30-35 just to choose a seat. Enjoyed sitting in the back of the plane however meal selection was terrible as the front of the plane always fed first so by the one it was our turn there was only one option - terrible “southern chicken” Or the Greek Inlet Which was just ok."

Desventajas: "Flight was delayed due to A/C issues. Part had to be flown up from Sydney. We offloaded to Airport, and waited 4 hours. Missed Qantas connection in LAX, and was put on an American Airlines flight to JFK. No included food, seats that I had paid for not available on cramped conditions."
Ventajas: "When checking in, the lady at the counter gave us great instruction on how to board and what to expect in customs when we landed in New Zealand."
