He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see"

Desventajas: "In LA terminal, instead of the gate number the airport labeled my flight as “TBIT.” Not being local, I had no way of knowing it meant Tom Bradley International Terminal. I stayed near another gait that had international flights, and it turned out the gate was clear on the other side of the complex, which is obscured by construction. If I hadn’t asked one of the workers there I would have missed my flight."

Leg room is ok, not as roomy as the flight from SFO to South Korea. When we boarded there was a strong smell burning fumes from the A.C. (air condition) that trigger my asthma and landed in Cebu very ill with asthma and allergy."

Staff is always friendly and happy...they really seem to absolutely love their job! Free toiletries in the bathrooms are an extra plus. Whenever there was a change in schedule / plans the captain informed the passengers immediately about what was going on and what would happen next."
Desventajas: "The only thing that did and probably always will be AWFUL is going thru security at JFK. The T S A officials there are unfriendly, sometimes rude, never smiling and often yelling at you or even little kids or elderly people. We are travelling a lot and no other security staff at any given airport is so unfriendly and harsh. Worst thing about going on a journey."

Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."

Ventajas: "Liked almost everything: newspapers, menu card, mini-toiletries bag, hot towel, food choice, ice cream, entertainment options, head sets provided (better quality than US airlines), lavatories kept clean and with less waiting time, number and friendliness of flight staff."
Desventajas: "What I did not like: Boarding was slower than expected. Large plane = longer boarding time."

Desventajas: "I asked for one of the crew to help me bring up my carry-on luggage, as i'm just recovering from a flu at that time. Instead the FA looked at my bag and asked me in an irritated tone if my bag was really that heavy? I said I was recovering and I just need an extra push once I lift it up into the cabin. In the end she did help but i did not appreciate her attitude and felt disappointed my whole flight."

Ventajas: "Everything was outstanding. The cleanliness of the airplane, the food, the friendliness of the crew, I just can't say enough good things about my experience flying on Singapore Airlines."

Ventajas: "The choices for entertainment were excellent! I was never bored for a second on my 20++ hours of flight. I love how they gave us in-ear earphones instead of the normal airline headphones that keep on sliding off."
Desventajas: "It was quite difficult for me to get comfortable. Maybe it's due to my shortness, I can't really rest my head that well"
Ventajas: "The sevice was on point. Flight attendants were beautiful and worked harder than any other airline I have been on. The uniforms were on point too. The television had every new movie you could watch. Food, for an airline, was great. All drink service was included. Best airline I have ever flown!"
Desventajas: "Wifi cost 12 bucks and hour."
Ventajas: "Excelente y cálido servicio en el mostrador de facturación en Manila. Comida bastante aceptable para clase turista. Acceso gratis a sala vip en Changi, con oportunidad de tomar una ducha antes de embarcar en el vuelo largo a Barcelona. Las azafatas son adorables."
Desventajas: "La calidad del sonido del sistema de entretenimiento a bordo no es buena. Hay mal contacto entre las tomas del asiento y los auriculares."
Ventajas: "My luggage was lost, due to an error of another airline. but singapore air took care of it and made sure i got the luggage in Germany - even though it involved bringing it to me to remote location 2.5 hour drive from frankfurt. free of charge. Thanks Singapore airlines!"

Desventajas: "I could not select a seat on JetBlue. Indian vegetarian food was mainly rice and potaoes and bread, not much protein like paneer or egg for the non-vegans like me."
