They left a note saying I was sleeping when they gave out meals and offered it to me even though we were about to descend. I didn't eat the food, nor did I use the in-flight entertainment, so I can't attest to the quality in those regards."

Desventajas: "Every Korean flight I had this trip was delayed. Created problems when Korean Air gives you 1 hour to transfer at Incheon. When transferring, all passengers need to go through security again and there are long lines. Airport attendants were not nice and made us ask people to cut in line. After running through the airport, we then find out the plane was delayed an hour to accommodate other delayed connections! They could have told us this before but only rushed us off."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

The delay was not officially communicated to any of the passengers — no announcements made, no representatives to talk to at the gate — until well past the time that we should have been in the air. It was distressing."

Also passengers without seat assigned (and for some reason there were a lot of us) had to wait until all other passengers boarded before seats were assigned. Then in HNL we had to wait over 30 minutes before baggage came out."

Ventajas: "We need wheelchair service and the porters were first rate. The airline was more than accommodating, offered a free lunch and you can either order new movies on demand for $7.99 each or watch unlimited TV and older movies for $7.99 (which I did). I liked the value."
Desventajas: "Drink prices are steep."

Ventajas: "Aircraft was clean and spacious enough in economy. Pretty much always on time. Nothing much else impresses me anymore with Hawaiian Airlines."
Desventajas: "Everything is a charge. Especially don't like that they "offer souvenir blankets for sale" and they keep the cabin especially cold. All movie/TV show options required an $8 charge on a 6hour (!) flight across the Pacific Ocean. Food was awful! Living in Hawaii I often fly Hawaiian, can't remember the last time I enjoyed a meal on HA. The crew on the LAX-HNL flight was not very friendly either..."
Desventajas: "The flight was delayed 1+ hour. The ticketing agents were rude when we inquired about re-scheduling a connecting flight. They were not accommodating at all. They required purchase of in-flight movies. Next time I'm flying Alaska, at least the movies are free."
Desventajas: "Somehow I was not assigned the seat I choose. The flight attendant offered for me to speak with an agent but I stayed in the newly assigned middle seat."
Ventajas: "Great service, plane was very clean."
Desventajas: "No vegan or vegetarian special meal options. Plane was TOO cold!"
Desventajas: "I was unable to select a seat within the 24 hour window prior to departure, other than paying an $80 upcharge for an aisle seat. On the phone the day prior to departure, I was told by the HA agent that "the airport controilled seat assignments" at that timne so she could not help me get a seat, and that the extra charge option on the website was the only choice I had. This process struck me as bizarre/dishonest. I will not be back unless I can select a seat prior to booking."
Ventajas: "Great crew. Friendly and efficient. Always on time and organized."

Ventajas: "Excellent and attentive staff, great food, clean bathrooms (by airline standards anyway), fantastic entertainment! It's a great value for the price, especially for coach class!"
Desventajas: "Not much to dislike. I just was a little bothered by the fact that I had purposely chosen to have my boarding pass be digital (to save the environment), but to do this you have to check in online. As a result, they can't verify your passport (something they need to do in person). So when I got to the gate they had to check my passport and then made me use a new, printed boarding pass. Not a huge deal, but just something that bothered me."
Desventajas: "the person in front of me just laid down his seat for almost entire flight which made me to have no rooms people are switching seats without letting flight attendants to know. This is not fair for other customers"

Ventajas: "I was told there would be WiFi on the plane from Chicago to Hong Kong. There was not. Very disappointed. It was hot and not a lot of air circulation. And the seats are hard."

Desventajas: "After landing in Hong Kong the local airport services to the disabled need better organisation/communication. They claimed that the SFO Cathay Pacific check-in staff had not included me in the list of wheel-chair requesters while I knew that the opposite was true"

Desventajas: "The crew was uninformed and unobservant to actual conditions in the cabin. They kept the air conditioning on and no one was available to address the situation. People started to take their winter coats out of the overhead bins and sit in their seats with coats on. They spent a significant amount of time repeatedly requesting that the window shades be moved up or down. Frankly, if I buy a window seat I should have the option to look out the window if I'm not disturbing my neighbors."

Desventajas: "The one issue I had was that the crew members did not come around with drinks aside from during meal times. This is a 15+ hour flight, and people got so thirsty that a line of people went to the kitchen themselves to get water."

Desventajas: "My family traveled with my 80 year old dad but Hong Kong ground crew would not allow us to board together. My wife & I had to carry all our carry on baggage since my mom was the only one allowed to board with him. All three previous flights the ground crew allowed all of us to stay as a family."

Ventajas: "Seats were comfortable in Premier Economy class, Entertainment offered in this class was good.They offered more movie chooses than most any other airline that ive ever flown on before."
Desventajas: "First off I feel asleep as soon as I seat down on the plane, even before take off and once I woke up not one of the stewardess come to offer me the meal I missed or any kind of refreshments, it was a 4 hour flight. My brother who did get the meal stated that it was very poor quality. The egg was terrible tasting, powered egg replacement."
