By accident we found out the gate was closed from someone who happened to hear word that we were looking for the gate to JFK. Almost didn’t get on the flight. If we didn’t run who knows if we would have made it. If you are only giving people an hour to get to their connection, then don’t let them get held up for 40 minutes. It’s idiotic."

There wasn't enough barbecue chicken for everyone so they ran out halfway through the flight, so I had no choice but to eat the other option which was really unappealing. When we landed we couldn't go anywhere because it took 20 minutes to get a paramedic on board for another traveler."

The woman in front of me really hurt my knee when she let her seat back crash into my knee ( I had to lift my leg with my hands and try to fit my foot down in a tiny space in order to cross my legs. Trying to get up to get out of the seat was extremely awkward. The worst experience was online booking. It was difficult to understand and impossible to change my seat. I even called."

Desventajas: "I was very uncomfortable during this flight. My seat was broken. I couldn't push it back at all so I was stuck sitting up right the whole flight. My friend next to me in the aisle seat had a broken seat as well. Except, instead of it not going back her kept going back all the way so the individual behind her could had a seat that was in her face basically. I was really disappointed with the flight. I was so exhausted and in so much pain from sitting like that the whole time."

Desventajas: "Needed to add my infant son to return leg of flight. He did not need a seat (lap infant) just a ticket. Neither JustFly or Aer Lingus (Dublin) could/would do this. Each said it was the others job. Eventually Aer Lingus office in New York added my son to flight. There seems to be a disconnect / confusion between airline and booking company regarding this matter."

Because I missed my connecting flight, they had to reroute me through Boston and then to San Francisco. I paid extra for an upgraded seat and they still sat me in a middle seat. To componsate for the 8 and a half hour delay and two brutal flights, they gave me a meal voucher for 8 Euros. I won't be flying Aer Lingus anytime soon. Of the three flights that I had with them this trip, two were severely delayed. I'm exhausted!"

I had the assistant light on and waited for 5 minutes before someone came by. For sure I will not travel on Aer Lingus again. I didn't like their food and the movies were old."

The entire first class cabin all had their call lights on which were ignored for over an hour. If you asked for anything they seemed to be annoyed they had to stop talking to each other. The cabin was also very warm to be an international flight."

By the time we landed in Iceland, I ran to make my connecting flight but was told the door just closed. So I had to 8 hours before the next flight out. After talking to representatives, I was told there would be a claims process for my troubles. It's been over a week, I still haven't heard back from them."

Ventajas: "I had an exit seat and was the first one of the plane. I get nervous on planes so sitting across from the flight attendant and seeing how nonchalant and calm she was during takeoff and landing was awesome and mildly soothing. She also didn't make any eye contact while I quietly freaked out..like a pro!"

Desventajas: "Flights constantly late, connections missed, luggage not catching up until the next day, terminal in Reykjavik small, dirty - toilets really small and very dirty and unsanitary, not calling for people that are in wheelchairs or need extra time boarding before the flight, having to use steps to get down from the 757 in Keflavik almost impossible for someone who needs a wheelchair for mobility, then crowded into a bus to get to the terminal, tight spacing for knees between seat rows"

Desventajas: "When we got to the gate in Amsterdam, there were only about 25 seats in the waiting area for a 767 jet. Most people had to sit on the floor or stand, which was difficult for my 81 year old aunt. You really need more seating."

Desventajas: "My flight leaving Amsterdam was delayed by two hours. Luckily, in an odd way, my connecting flight to NYC was also delayed by 1 and a half hours. I did not realize that we had to PAY for our food, so I ended up being hungry and not eating anything for the entire journey. We stayed on the Tarmac at jfk for close to an hour waiting for our gate to be open. And finally, all three of my bags did not make it New York. In fact, I'm still waiting for them. Very disappointing."

Desventajas: "KEF airport is not well managed - boarding areas have few seats, and process is cumbersome; flights leaving near same time are all boarding from same area. Airport amenities- food, shops are very nice. Also, our flight was delayed (it happens) but caused us to miss our next flight. No there was a snafu with one of our bags not arriving/being on a different flight. We recovered it, but we're not compensated for delay/missing a flight."

Flight attendants did not seem to be happy about being on the flight and provided minimal service without a smile. The temperature on the fight was ridiculously hot - I've never been on a plane where it was so warm in the cabin."

Luego el servicio de Grund Global que les maneja el equipaje a LOT muy pero muy mala... nunca contestaron el telefono, por lo que no pude hacerl el reclamo del equipaje para darle seguimiento. Luego me encontraron mis maletas pero yo viaje el 4 de agosto al Delta del Danubio por lo que fue imposible que me las llevaran a la ubicacion. Una maleta llego a Bucarest el 6 y la otra el 8 de agosto. Dos dias antes de mi proxima parada en Europa (Italia) cuando llegue al aeropuerto a recoger el equipaje, nuevamente nadie respondio al telefono, por lo que tuvimos que acudir al personal del aeropuerto para que yo udiera entrar al area restringida a recoger mi equipaje. Muy tardado y dificl localizar a alguna persona que me pudiese apoyar en la recuperacion del equipaje."

PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF STANDING in the line for a long time May be they need to have more group Nos to easy facilitate boarding . This is only a suggestion. If they want to improve customer experience and travel again with them"

Desventajas: "Many people on this flight were bothered by the fact that their families were split up all over the airplane and no one could sit together. During boarding there were groups of people who had all been split up and were desperately trying to switch seats with others. I was traveling with a 15 year old, and even though she is not a small child it was very nerve wrecking to be seated 20 rows behind her, not being able to keep an eye on her (even more so because she gets car sick and has thrown up on airplanes before). I don't think I've ever flown where my group was not at least seated in pairs. This was very disappointing."

Desventajas: "Extremely rude staff (allowed a passenger to almost break my hand luggage with hers, and literally laughed at my concern,) kept us on plane for 2+ hours with minimal info given on the problem, then de-planed and kept us waiting at Warsaw airport for another 2 hours (no food, water or even a manager appeared until the end of that 4 hours, by the way, and only after a screaming mob of passengers formed,) then kept us on the new plane for nearly another 2 hours. This made for an approximate 6 hour delay, with minimal comfort, food, water, info or sympathy throughout, nor an offer to switch our flights and/or provide night accommodation due to the 5+ hour delay on this evening flight (as is within our passenger rights.) The plane finally arrived to JFK way after 1 a.m., which completely ruined weekend work and social plans, not to mention how exhausting and disrespectful of an experience it was. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY SINGLE OF THE FOUR LOT FLIGHTS I'D UNDERTAKEN THAT WEEK WERE DELAYED IN A SIMILAR FASHION - AS IN, WITH LITTLE INFO OR EXCUSE. No, thanks, Lot - and you should refund us all."

Then i proceeded to go to baggage claim where my bag never showed up and when I finally saw that it wasn't showing up I sprinted to my next flight and got to the door 15 seconds after it closed. Then i had to spend the night in NYC and was unable to go to buffalo unitl the morning after having spent already the whole day in the airport since my first flight didn't take off until about 5 hours after it was scheduled. And now I still do not have my bag, and jet blue says they never got it from LOT airlines"

During the flight, intercom announcements overrode the Entertainment System at FULL VOLUME - EVERY TIME. it is as though they wanted to maximize our discomfort. I would not fly with Lot again."

But the staff was rude and did not inform us about when or if we would be leaving. When asked about missed connections, said they know nothing and the transfer desk will handle that. I was travelling with my cat, so for me it was super stressful. Once we did arrive to JFK, there were no more flights to RDU that night and it took forever and then some to get me a hotel that would accommodate a cat. Just fly another airline."

Anyway I love those 777-300ER’s, they are huge with great up to date ambient lighting, excellent, outstanding entertainment , and I had the whole row to myself. I often take this flight when flying home from LHR to JFK. 5 stars!"

Nuevamente fui con British y se igual forma no sabían de mi reservación..tanto América Airlines como British aún que haya llegado tres horas antes de la salida. No me solucionaba ni una ni otra al punto que llegó el momento que se fue mi vuelo. Pero Dios es grande y una señora de British se compareció de mí y me ayudó.Salí a Roma el viernes 12. Al regreso la misma história sólo que en otro país otro idioma..La.gente de British me dijo que aparecía Cancelado mi vuelo cuando ninca lo cancele.. Al contrario estuve pendiente de hacer el chekpoin en linea pero nunca pude entrar a su página aparecia cómo "error". A mi salida fue un calvario me hicieron dormir en Roma para salir al siguiente día pero por América Airlines..Estuve a punto de no llegar a tiempo a la cobertura periodística en el Vaticano. Son un chiste esta Aerolínea no la recomiendo ya que ni tienen un Counter para soluciones al clientes en Roma."

Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Multiple agents admitted their company is terrible and doesn't care about its customers. The indifference to our situation was surreal. Lesson learned."
