La comida estuvo muy mala
El vuelo estuvo excelente. La gente de JAL es muy especial. La próxima vez volveré a volar con ellos.
Ventajas: "The coach seats were larger than seats for domestic flights. The windows were dimmable for optimal lighting."
Desventajas: "The armrests did not go up all the way, which made it difficult to maximize comfort with my travel partner."

Desventajas: "This was a JetStar flight, not JAL as the title says. I've only had good experiences with JAL. Despite paying for two pieces of baggage, I had to pay an extra charge. One of my pieces was a pair of light skis (5kg, well below the allowed 20kg) that were apparently too long for normal baggage. It is just another way to extract an extra fee. Seat spacing on Jet Star is dismal. Thankfully it was a short flight"

The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see"

Then during my trip I was trying to look at what costs and fees would be associated with changing my flight and extending the trip. The website was hard to navigate and offered very little information"

Ventajas: "My wife and I made the rookie mistake of showing up to the wrong airport in Osaka but the JAL staff helped us by transferring our reservation to a later flight so that we were still able to make our connecting flight from Tokyo to San Francisco. We're grateful to the entire staff at JAL for saving us a lot of time and money!"

Ventajas: "Japan Airline is a notch above the rest. The services was constant and consistent, the food was delicious and abundant, and the seats were comfortable. I was surprised at how often they would go up and down the aisles checking on passengers, picking up trash, and serving small food items. To top it off towards the end of the trip they put toothbrushes in the bathroom so you can leave fresh, awesome."

Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

Siguen pidiendo mascarilla durante el vuelo. Ya nadie pide. Es muy insoportable estar 15 hs usándola
No me gusto el retraso de hora y media en la salida del vuelo
Nos obligaron a facturar y pagar 50€ por una maleta cuando la Ida de Madrid- Frankfurt nos la perdieron y rompieron, las personas que nos atendió no nos gustó el trato
Una excelente atención y servicio y muy grato escuchar tu idioma (español) con el personal abordo del vuelo

Ventajas: "Me gustó que es una aerolínea que pone atención a los detalles, que trata a sus pasajeros con mucho respeto sin importar su procedencia. Por lo tanto es una aerolínea en la que se puede confiar. El personal siempre es muy amable y presto a colaborar."

But as we were attempting to board I had to be checked a second time, I do not feel that this was necessary since I was already cleared by TSA. All they said was this is a random check. I was held so long that my and my wife had to search for over head space for our carry on bags, as there was almost none left. I do not feel that there was any cause for this and made our return flight very unpleasant."

Ventajas: "Super nice crew- Seats were comfortable-we felt safe and well cared for the whole time. No hassles with the immigration papers like on other airlines-they had plenty and were willing to answer questions."
Desventajas: "Had to change gates without much notice. Maybe airports fault and not SunCountry."

Desventajas: "We requested bulk head seats as my husband just had knee surgery. They said they were all taken. Well the young men sitting in these seats did not seem to have any problems getting up and down and getting around before the flight and certainly did not after."
