Desventajas: "Every Korean flight I had this trip was delayed. Created problems when Korean Air gives you 1 hour to transfer at Incheon. When transferring, all passengers need to go through security again and there are long lines. Airport attendants were not nice and made us ask people to cut in line. After running through the airport, we then find out the plane was delayed an hour to accommodate other delayed connections! They could have told us this before but only rushed us off."

Ventajas: "KA broke handle in my luggage and it was difficult to make them pay back some reasonable amount of money for that (my suitcase was just one year old) but at the end they did a lot. Love their metal cutlery instead of plastic ones. It's not only better to eat with them but also better for environment."

My suggestion is that instructions in Vietnamese should be made more often to avoid chaos particularly when deplane."

Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."

No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Ventajas: "I fly frequently and this is the first time I've travelled with West Jet. The big difference was the staff. Unlikely many airlines the West Jet crew - in flight and the ground crew - were all very friendly, helpful and actually seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. I called West Jet prior to checking in on-line and my call was answered within a minute by a real human who was so helpful. That's the polar opposite of so many airlines like Air Canada."

Desventajas: "Lots of delays on different flights for members of our party flying from various points in US to Calgary and on returns. Several folks had damage to their luggage, including wheels torn off of baggage and a cracked ski helmet."

Desventajas: "Staff updated my status to Deaf passenger without my knowledge. I am not Deaf, my hearing is fine and I understand English perfectly. I have no problem understanding the safety messaging. I am mute, I can't talk, that's all. I try not to misrepresent myself so that I don't take resources from Deaf people, so this frustrated me. also, I guess WestJet changed food policy again, now MUST pre order food, because no food was available on the flight if not Plus."

Desventajas: "En el check in no se nos dió la oportunidad de elegir asiento, y no pudimos viajar junta toda la familia. No pudimos guardar el equipaje de cabina en nuestros compartimentos porque estaban ocupados por bultos del personal de vuelo o estaban precintados. Tuvimos que dispersar todo nuestro equipaje por todo el avión. Este echo se vio agravado porque otros pasajeros llevaron mas bultos de lo permitido. No nos llegó la ración de desayuno. Increíblemente se habían acabado. Gracias a la tripulación que sacó, no se de donde, algo de fruta, pudimos desayunar."

Retirando equipaje y volviendolo a pasar. Nos dijeron que el Lima nos iban a contactar para resarcirnos monetaria mente por noche de hotel perdida. Mentiras para sacarnos de encima. Increíble. Detestable. Denigrante!!!!!!!!. Avianca NUNCA MAS. Y ME VOY A ENCARGAR QUE MUCHA GENTE LO SEPA. Dedique se a otra cosa. ."

Desventajas: "En los últimos viajes que he hecho los vuelos se retrasan, tanto en la llegada como salida, ya perdí un vuelo, aunque me pagaron el hotel pero es incomodo perderlos. Y hoy estuve a punto de perderlo nuevamente, y la salida demoró casi dos horas de los estipulado al comprar mi boleto"
