Food option was pretty good and lots of shows and movies to choose from. Getting ice cream was such a treat for my kids!"

The menu choices were amazing and the wine selections were very good. What made the difference was the attentiveness of the cabin crew. I would particularly like to commend the purser and the flight attendants on flight 707 DOH-IAD for their assistance and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty"
Desventajas: "Flight 707 was supposed to have the new Qsuites in Business Class, so it was disappointing that without prior notice the airline switched to an aircraft with normal (but quite good) business class seating. Nevertheless, the purser and the flight attendants made the flight memorable in a very positive way."

Midnight departure time of the flight to Greece is inconvenient. It is just too late. Getting through customs at Newark is a chore. There are not enough computers for passengers to report what they have to report. Also, many passengers I saw did not know how to use a computer."

Desventajas: "Online check-in was a horrible experience and a waste of time. I was never able to check in before getting to the airport. Website kept kicking back errors when trying to check in."

Ventajas: "I loved all the free services. Wifi, 2 large and tasty meals with free drinks (wine, beer) free exit row seating, seats reclined more than other airlines and free baggage. The staff was awesome and very helpful."

Desventajas: "Presssigned seats were horrible. Middle 2 of the 4 seater."

Ventajas: "Boarding was smooth enough, take-off was roughly on time, and the flight as a whole was a bit faster than predicted. Friendly flight attendants. Plenty of entertainment options (movies, TV, music). AC outlet on seatback made it possible to charge devices in-flight."
Desventajas: "Food was so-so, and not particularly healthy and loaded with carbs (e.g. potatoes plus crackers plus pasta salad plus very sweet desserts), but overall somewhat typical for air flights in my experience. Seat pitch (aka leg room) was basically adequate for me (6' 4"), but not great. Touch screens on entertainment system on both outbound and return flights were a little wonky -- needed re-calibration, so it was impossible to activate virtual buttons near the edges of the screen."

Ventajas: "everything was very nice!"

Ventajas: "Layout of plane is very convenient , bathroom acessable, no crowding in isles. Love the dining cards & choice of meals, and the comfort features ( blankets , pillows , toiletry bag) The entertainment center is also amazing! Perfect for long flights. So many choices & also power usage also great for the passengers on long flights. Also, normally I try not to use the lavatory, they are usually awful, but these make the most of their space, warm water, nice soap,colognes,seat liners."
Desventajas: "Apparently, operational issues in Athens, no information of why we had to go to an additional security at the gate, including a litmus test, go through our bags again & a light pat down! They also wanted us to board separately, which made my travel partner even more anxious than she already was!"

Ventajas: "The flight was on time. Crew was pleasant."
Desventajas: "The seat needs some cushion on it. After many hours sitting, the cushion on the seat turns into a rock."

Ventajas: "Delayed the whole night on the first flight and almost 2 hours on the flight back. Unbelievable!"
Desventajas: "The airline's on time record has got to improve. Period."

Desventajas: "It was cancelled. There was no proactive communication from Kayak or Asiana about the situation. We had to cancel and rebook ourselves."

Desventajas: "Food quality is not good for the price of the flight ticket Food taste has gotten worse compare to before Drink selection is not enough. Movie selections were not enough and boring Sit is lacking a cushion Sit was broken and couldn’t have tilted back Ear phone outlet was broken and couldn’t get enough sounds People were changing sits or finding empty sits and self relocate their sits. Crews did not say anything. Some crew members didn’t speak enough english"

Ventajas: "Legroom was spacious"

Ventajas: "more legs room, but the sit cushing is horrible,, make people lower back hurt after the long time of sitting"
Desventajas: "food isn’t quite as fresh, delay time made the transfer between flight very tight"

Desventajas: "The airlines broke my stroller. Complained to the crew but they pointed us to 4 different directions! Now I have a toddler running around the airport since she is not strapped down to her stroller, heavy carry on sand a broken stroller to carry around incheon airport trying to look for their office that nodoby knows where it’s located at!!!! When we finally found the office, their answer was to contact Chicago crew when we get back! No solution for us for the mean time! I’ll be on vacation for a month! Now I guess I have to pay for a new one out of my pocket for their mistake!"

Ventajas: "Same comfort as my flight from Honolulu to Seoul."

Ventajas: "I liked everything about the airlines, the flight attendants are so respectful and kind. They go out of their way to help the packager get comfortable and settle in there seat before and after take off. I have been a member with Asian Airlines for 6 years and won't change airlines for nothing even if I have to pay a little extra for great service."
Desventajas: "I have no complaints with this Asian Airlines."

Ventajas: "I enjoyed the USB charger available at my seat."

Desventajas: "Improve the food menu. The entertainment screen is a bit small and old."

Desventajas: "The only thing I found confusing was I requested a Hindu vegetarian meal. For some reason, part of my meal had chicken... luckily, had dinner before boarding the plane so wasn't an issue."

Ventajas: "The air "exercises" that you are forced to watch at the end of any Asiana flight are a joke- pressing on three pressure point? How about some leg or arm stretches? Flight took off and landed. Poor cabin speaker system; could not understand anything."
