Desventajas: "Air India really needs to work on customer satisfaction. The boarding process was confusing and disorganized without announcement. In addition, several families were not sitting together and were upset about their seating thus kept asking to switch seats which was bothersome. In addition, the entertainment needs an upgrade. The streaming was slow and would crash. Seats were uncomfortable. This direct flight is great, but Air India has a lot to work on."

Desventajas: "Crew is unprofessional. They are least interested in helping Air India survive or thrive. We need better trained and considerate crew to help air India compete with the rest."
Desventajas: "My flight from Delhi was at 4:40 in the morning they served us a Appetizer with no drinks no breakfast and few hours before landing in the morning they served dinner"

Desventajas: "Flight was delayed by 5 hours. No reason given other than operational issues. What does that mean? All airport staff sucked at both airports. SFO more so. They broke my bag. There was no agents around for an hour.. Then they said 40$ is the maximum they pay for a broken bag!"

Desventajas: "All my check-in bags were missing and they handled the complaints really bad. The flight was delayed for 3 hours and no proper communication, very pathetic experience, none of the TV's were working fine. Would not highly recommend."
Desventajas: "I had lost my gold bracelet on the flight. I'm quite sure, left it on the seat. And when I tried to call air india's customer service number, they had no idea what's the right number to contact to check if there is any hope to finding that bracelet."

Desventajas: "There was only one major meal service on a 15 hour flight... the sandwiches and other food had gone bad - ended up with food poisoning after landing. Beverage choices were non. Existent - even basic options in business were not available. Product needs a thorough cleaning and some equipment didn’t work or wasn’t well maintained"

Desventajas: "Entertainment systems broken for half of passengers on board. Broken tray tables, flight attendants admitted that this is very common and passengers will have to deal with it. All they offered was logging in log book which they told no one reads. Have video and picturen proof for all of these"
Desventajas: "Bad crew service. Tv was not working as it was a long flight, hard to pass time without entertainment"

Desventajas: "The food is served buffet style. Obviously that does not keep it at the correct temperature for 25+ hours. I battled Food poisoning within hours from getting off the plane."
Desventajas: "My monitor for entertainment was not working at all. The flight attendant said he will reset it but it didn't work. Even my light didn't work. I was left doing nothing in the plane, neither watch entertainment on monitor nor read a book on a very long flight. This is a very poor service, I am considering not to fly on air India anymore."
Ventajas: "Convenient flight from Delhi to San Francisco, however our entire entertainment system was not working and the crew also misbehaved with us. I was sitting in 22H. My wife was in 22J and our other flight passenger in 22K also had issues with their system."
Desventajas: "Bad service, bad crew and also misbehaved with us. When we complained they said we can't do anything. It was a 16 hour non-stop flight. all systems should be checked before you leave the ground. Or you provide a capability of refunding your passengers."

Desventajas: "Air India Flights from SFO to New Delhi and New Delhi to SFO are pretty old. Almost 60 % of systems entertainment systems do not work. This is not acceptable considering such a long flight. Unfortunately passengers are left with no option apart feeling gruesome boring thru out journey. Food is also very bad. while it is understandable that it might be not par with other airlines in all ameneties , the basic needs to be met. Hope they look into this and fix it"

Desventajas: "The flight was delayed for all wrong reasons. I've been trying to speak to Air India about a compensation and never got any reply back. Terrible flight and terrible management."
Desventajas: "The crew was very rude and unhelpful. I kept asking for an extra blanket because I was very cold but I didn't get one the entire flight and was shivering the entire time."
Desventajas: "1. Less regional movies 2. Remote does not work. 3. System reset (never heard of) takes time 4. Crew does not show up when needed 5. Screen resolution is probably 70s style 6. Touch screen does not work 7. No hygeine - no socks or any sleeping aids like other airlines 8. With 15 hours floght, you expect at least some toileteries - tooth brush. Horrible that someone did not even think about it"

Very hard to get help from the employees. wasn't convenient at all. 3. entertainment screen wasn't working well especially the touch screen wasn't very sensitive. 4.booked two tickets with my spouse but got seated totally apart and didn't even try to seat us together. and lot more."
