Ventajas: "The flight was delayed due to technical problems, and they immediately gave each person 20 Francs towards dinner while in the terminal- which was very nice. The aircraft itself was impeccably clean, even though it had already carried passengers elsewhere earlier in the day. The service was fantastic, and you can never go wrong with free chocolate."

Ventajas: "Seats were comfortable, air crew was friendly, helpful and patient. The food was actually really quite good. Entertainment kept my little ones occupied and seated."

We waited for a while for late passengers to board, which seemed strange, given that last time when Swiss made me miss my transfer, the next plane left without me when delaying takeoff would not have been necessary at all. After the passengers arrived, we were delayed again because of weather. And once we arrived at Newark, we had to wait for over half an hour to get to the gate for some mysterious reason."

Desventajas: "On the flight to Zurich the passenger behind me gave me a difficult time about reclining my seat back but keep in mind he had his reclined. Coming back to Newark the gentleman behind my boyfriend made a comment how he didn't have room due to his seat being reclined. The passenger next to us was arguing with the passenger in front of her because she didn't want that person to recline their seat back. I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

Seats (economy) a bit closer to each other relative to other planes and the armrest does not fully go up which does not allow us to use space as much as possible."

No upgrade poaaibility due to wrong booking class (even if flights are very expensive) if this continues to go that way I will change airline alliance This is more a miles and more issue but it is really annoying me in a way that I really consider changin"

Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."

No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Desventajas: "La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde."

Ventajas: "KLM never disappoints, the cabin crew was extremely kind and helpful!. The food was great, nice leg room in regular economy class, thousands of movies and tv shows...it was great!"
Desventajas: "Well there was a LOT of turbulence but no one can control the weather and shout out to the pilot for giving us such a smooth landing a rough weather!"

Desventajas: "My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor"

Desventajas: "They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."

Desventajas: "We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre."

Ventajas: "The flight was smooth, the service was friendly, and the food with plentiful."
Desventajas: "Too much activity in the cabin during the flight."

Ventajas: "El crew abordo es algo frío pero siempre es muy cordial y responsable. Fue un vuelo a tiempo y rápido, pude llegar a mi conexión sin problema. Pedí menú vegetariano y lo cumplieron a la perfección."
Desventajas: "En Kayak habia pagado un extra para elegir asiento, pero no me lo reservaron a la hora de hace rato check in online, les recomiendo que no lo paguen y hagan check in las 30 hrs antes señaladas y elijan lugar o paguen el extra directo en la página de KLM."

Desventajas: "Crew was rude when I asked if there was a vegetarian option for the snack. I did request special meals for the trip. Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Desventajas: "After attempting to check in at the baggage machine, we were told we had to go through the check in line. Then after waiting 60 minutes in line at the Aer Lingus counter we were told we were 15 minutes past the boarding closing time. So even though we were still an hour before our flight we couldn't get a boarding pass to get on the plane. We then had to pay $150 x 3 to get on the same flight the next day. We will never fly Aer Lingus again and will never fly through Dublin again."

Ventajas: "The flight itself was great"
Desventajas: "The lines to get on the plane were insane. We waited for over an hour to check our bags because the kiosks weren’t working. Our luggage gate closed at 1115 and they waited until 1130 to call us out of the line because it was last call. Then they proceeded to tell us that our luggage may not make it because we didn’t push people out of the way and throw down grandmas? Unorganized."

Desventajas: "Plane was more than one hour and a half late boarding. During that wait, did not provide any information on expected length of delay. After landing, baggage kept rolling off plane for more than one hour, and my bag didn't arrive. At least three other passengers were in same situation - waited more than one hour for bag, and it didn't arrive after all."

Ventajas: "Excellent service from counter in both Newark and Dublin. Cabin crew was very attentive and complimentary food and beverage was just great!"

Ventajas: "The entertainment system was great."
Desventajas: "The staff was rude, only came through with drinks once on a 7-hour flight! And they were rude about everything."

Desventajas: "I asked the person checking and tagging the bags in Budapest to make sure they came off in Dublin for 24 ht overnight layover - I told him twice and he nodded agreement and then tagged them WRONG!!!!"

Desventajas: "There were absolutely no vegetarian meals. All flights should at least have a few extra just in case someone needs some. After I refused the meal, I didn't even get water or anything. I was given a nauseating wrap with tea towards the end of the flight. I'm not even sure how that was expected to be edible. Unbelievable, I will not be flying Aer Lingus again."

Ventajas: "Truly lovely employees at every step of the trip Tasty food!"

Desventajas: "We arrived at Dublin airport two hours before our flight--as instructed--and had to enter an enormous line. Finally, we were instructed to leave the line after almost an hour and a half and were then informed that our tickets had been sold to someone else (we were bumped!). Aer Lingus tried to "normalize" this by explaining that they always "overbook" by 10%. How irresponsible! Instead of arriving in Paris at 4:30 PM (a direct flight) we had to take a flight to London and then to Paris and arrived at 11 PM exhausted (the bus service to Paris had closed down and we had to take a taxi). We will never fly Aer Lingus again. Aer Lingus created the long line to create this very situation!"

Ventajas: "in flight entertainment was diverse and kept me occupied. the food was quite good, and free since it was a transatlantic flight. smooth flight and pleasant crew"
Desventajas: "Boarding is very haphazard and disorganized. Somewhat the airlines responsibility since they could keep it more controlled by enforcing what tows they will allow to pass. I couldn't do an online checkin with any of my Aer Lingus flights. As a result, my partner and I had seats far from each other and at the back of the plane."

Ventajas: "Aer Lingus is a great airline overall."
Desventajas: "The movie selections. Too much Sci-fi and/or action adventure. Please mix it up with a variety of genres"

Ventajas: "Sincerely polite cabin crew and the captain gave a detailed description of the flightpath - more than the usual elevation and travel time."

Desventajas: "Weather delays. No water except for purchase"

Desventajas: "Guy at check in was rude and insulting and my bag didn't arrive."

Ventajas: "Entertainment was a good distraction. Would have been nice to have different choices in each direction. Also easy to understand announcements in the terminal as opposed to in Newark."
Desventajas: "Tickets were a bit pricey. The offer to upgrade was tempting but the smallest amount that could be offered was more than I was willing to pay. Your offer should say "make us an offer over $200."

Desventajas: "Airline lost my luggage..."

Ventajas: "We were only 7 across in Economy so that was comfortable. We also got feed. no surcharges! I slept so didn't check out the entertainment."

Ventajas: "Nothing."
Desventajas: "Cramped seats."

Desventajas: "Had to gate check my bag which is fine, but it came out hurry min after everyone else's"

Ventajas: "The food was quite delicious. I liked the movie selections."
Desventajas: "Getting stuck in Detroit, failure to communicate, no food or water when we had waited on the tarmac over two hours in Detroit. Still no entertainment but air came back at hour three, then at 3.5 hours being told we are stuck in Detroit. Lost luggage, all a mess. Completely. No help to rebook, so I stayed in Detroit and got to the airport early the next morning and paid my own way to Omaha, through Chicago. Again, no help from the Aer Lingus hotline (tried/on hold for 2.5 hours with no human service) or the United desk."

Desventajas: "No entertainment, boarding was unorganized, everything for pay even water"

Desventajas: "I remember Aer Lingus being a quality airline that treated passengers well. Now charging for tea and water, and exorbitant fees for bags? Felt like Ryanair. If I want to feel like bottom of the barrel I'll just take them next time!"

Desventajas: "Booked for British airways flight that was changed to aer lingus Food was terrible, had to pay for drinks and snacks, 1 meal within the first 2 hours on a 12 hour flight, then nothing after, no water unless you went to galley and asked for some. If I wanted aer lingus I would have booked with them, not nearly the same quality as British airways. I won't use them for long haul flights again"

Desventajas: "They NEVER transferred my luggage to my final destination. We spent four days in Dublin without our luggage. Aer Lingus still is looking for it according to their web site. We found it here in Fort Lauderdale right where we departed from. As one can imagine, it makes for a terrible trip when your missing your things. Especially warm clothes..."

Ventajas: "The crew was nice."
Desventajas: "Headphone jack was weird, only worked in one side. Entertainment options were poor, and highly edited. My luggage was bent on the top when I got to Newark."

Ventajas: "I was comfortable enough to fall asleep before takeoff. No long lines or waiting"
