Ventajas: "I liked the airbus used to fly from and to the USA. On a 15 hour flight comfort is key, and they did their best. The have build little foot pedals to rest your feet on. Meals also came often, and the food was on the better end of airplane food. Crew was also very friendly!"

Ventajas: "Everyone was so personable. We had 4 adults , 2 boys and a baby girl so it was hard to get everyone situated but with the staff on the plane it was just simplicity. All of our needs were met , wether it was someone wanting an extra blanket or the baby needing food or even helping the 2 boys get situated before and after take off . They apparently love babies because they couldn't get enough of ours and were always wanting to play with her and make her smile (which goes along way) and that helped her not feel so groggy on the plane . They know it's a long flight so they get you comfortable even down to giving you slippers and great tasting food."
Desventajas: "The only thing I didn't like was the long flight but that's not the staffs fault, it was inevitable if your flying halfway across the world . the plane had 12 inch touch screen tv with music, movies, games , news , kids entertainment and even how to learn Korean so it it was very helpful in keeping you entertained throughout the plane ride ."

Ventajas: "The crew was lovely and very helpful. They were attentive and constantly providing beverages. The films were nice and a large selection. The food was delicious and it was overall a lovely flight which was nice since it was over 13 hours in length."
Desventajas: "It would have been nice for slightly more space but it is definitely not the most cramped economy class I have sat in. Additionally, it would have been nice to have different movies from my flight to Seoul but there is so much too choose from that this is not a real issue either."

( he can not bend his leg properly). I asked her to give a front seat. She simply ignored my request. At least, she should better say yes or no! However, other staffs helped us!"

On the flight two weeks before from JFK - they did a great job on the bathrooms.On both flights there was no need for the constant interruptions telling us to put the seat belts on. Just turn on the light no need to make an announcements in two languages."

Desventajas: "Loud children all over, my dietary choices for all three meals were messed up ever though I spoke to three different levels of Asiana employees to verify (due to the mistake on the flight to Korea). When I tried to explain to the flight attendant my dietary needs they couldn't be bothered and got an attitude when I asked for the meal that was being served. The flight crew was unfriendly. The bathrooms were crowded and chaotic after meals with no attempt on the flight crew to organize or redistribute the crowds (unsafe situation could occur). I waited 15 minutes at one point because there was simply no order. Some flight attendants were better than others but overall, they played favorites with certain groups."

Ventajas: "Hawaiian Air has a direct flight from Honolulu which makes the 5000 trip bearable. The Hawaiian crew is really good-natured and warm, always w/a smile, even in the middle of the night. In these days of budget cuts, Hawaiian serves you too much food and even offers a complementary glass of wine. The only unfortunate thing is that you have to pay for all types of on board entertainment. All in all it’s a really great flight in economy."

They arrived 30 minutes late and we almost missed our next flight. They didnt even ask for those with connecting flights to be let off first. Checked luggage handle was torn off by staff. Not worth the extra cost or going out of my way to book with Hawaiian. I won't go with them again."

Despite the fact I bought two tickets when we finally got our boarding passes we were twelve rows apart. I tried to call Jet Blue (the actual airline) and they said they couldn't do anything over the phone. I went up to the gate and they said sorry, it was a full flight. When the cabin door closed, the seat next to me was empty, but we were taking off so I couldn't at that time move my wife. When they reached cruising altitude and they turned off the fasten seatbelts sign, I went back to where my was sitting but she was asleep."

Ventajas: "The crew, from pilots to attendants, was extremely professional and pleasant. The airline did an excellent job turning what could've been a nightmare situation to a minor delay. Providing snacks and dinner vouchers while we waited for a new plane was a nice touch. But too many mechanical and/or electrical issues with this airline."
Desventajas: "Too many mechanical and/or electrical issues. Maintenance not up to par perhaps? Flight was delayed 2.5 hrs due to computer issues on the flight to Hawaii. Then had to suffer through an emergency landing due to hydraulic failure on the flight back to New York. Was not a fun experience watching the fuel being dumped into the ocean for an hour."

I booked a direct flight but because a restroom issue, flight stopped and 2-hour delay was added. any movie is the price a movie theater ticket $8! For an 11-hour flight, it could be free or at least few old movies should be available in the complimentary package."

Desventajas: "I’m thin but 177cm tall (long legs) so the seats were wide but leg room was uncomfortable for me. Also, the posture of the seats are not good for spinal or neck alignment so, again not comfortable. No support for the lower back and very limited reclinablity."

Ventajas: "It seems like it has little more space than other airline I use to ride for international. Entertainment has more verity to watch. Personally I thought I book the seat within 48 hours but they said it didn't go though but I got better seat though a ticket counter."
Desventajas: "Website is little confused and try to book the seat arrange wasn't work . Try to book mileage,book seats,see satuts of schedule over all Website is little confusing."

I also saw premium economy and asked for an upgrade, they wanted $1000, which when i saw the cabin and the amenities was happy i didn't pay for because compared to Japan Airlines which charges a fraction of this for the upgrade, Cathay is a shame."

Desventajas: "the seat did not reclined, it was broke. travel with my wife on different seat my wife had a broken knee and they assigned a seat smack in the middle of the isle and she told me she almost past out because she could not move I had a passenger in the back that was kicking my seat every few minutes and I woke up every time I went to sleep"

Ventajas: "Though I was never sent an email for my daughter's check in, I had a different reservation for her but still under my name and same email, when I called on the phone the people were pleasant. They still never provided me with an email though and information allowing me to have my daughter checked in. they only provided me with her reference number."
Desventajas: "All in all we had a poor experience and my family and I were disappointed. I'm about to book yet another ticket for my brother, but this time I'm not considering Swiss Air. Just so you know, I'm a very positive person and appreciate every polite and courteous gesture. Unfortunately this experience didn't allow me to do so."

The in flight screen required the use of a remote which was inconvenient when having to wake up my neighbor to pull it out of the armrest. Food wasn’t great. Skipped the last meal service. It was like flying 20 years ago. Not bad, but not as good as it could be nowadays."

Ventajas: "The flight was delayed due to technical problems, and they immediately gave each person 20 Francs towards dinner while in the terminal- which was very nice. The aircraft itself was impeccably clean, even though it had already carried passengers elsewhere earlier in the day. The service was fantastic, and you can never go wrong with free chocolate."

Ventajas: "Seats were comfortable, air crew was friendly, helpful and patient. The food was actually really quite good. Entertainment kept my little ones occupied and seated."
Desventajas: "There were quite a lot of in-flight announcements by the flight crew - which disrupted the in-flight entertainment and irritated the little ones. The garbage dispenser in the bathroom seemed a bit small for the task."

Desventajas: "Many delays that seemed unnecessary. We waited for a while for late passengers to board, which seemed strange, given that last time when Swiss made me miss my transfer, the next plane left without me when delaying takeoff would not have been necessary at all. After the passengers arrived, we were delayed again because of weather. And once we arrived at Newark, we had to wait for over half an hour to get to the gate for some mysterious reason."

Ventajas: "I was concerned the connections would be too tight but it worked out great!"

Ventajas: "The flight attendants are great and their aircraft are very clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the request for passengers to raise their seat backs during meal times."

Desventajas: "No Wi-Fi on board."

Ventajas: "Food was tasty and of decent proportions, entertainment, while somewhat limited in selection, contained a number of compelling movies bar I enjoyed. I had a bulkhead seat, which was exceedingly comfortable"
Desventajas: "USB port was broken in the seat, but enjoyed the entertainment offered that I didn't need it."

Desventajas: "On the flight to Zurich the passenger behind me gave me a difficult time about reclining my seat back but keep in mind he had his reclined. Coming back to Newark the gentleman behind my boyfriend made a comment how he didn't have room due to his seat being reclined. The passenger next to us was arguing with the passenger in front of her because she didn't want that person to recline their seat back. I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

Desventajas: "Letting us know about the delay prior to boarding could have allowed us to use our time better. Instead we sat at the gate and in the plane. Seats (economy) a bit closer to each other relative to other planes and the armrest does not fully go up which does not allow us to use space as much as possible."

I am flying with swiss every month between Zürich and New York but a lot of Ines I get a shitty seat even if I am silver status As a frequent flyer I expect a priority handling which is not the case . No upgrade poaaibility due to wrong booking class (even if flights are very expensive) if this continues to go that way I will change airline alliance This is more a miles and more issue but it is really annoying me in a way that I really consider changin"

Very unsanitary. Only thing good is all service staff always smile but lack proper and on time service training."

Desventajas: "We were left behind because of the long line and slow service. On top of that, they open all our eight luggages that made four of us missed our flight and the rebooking fee is too expensive. We'll never fly with PAL again. It cost us a fortune because of their poor customer service."

Desventajas: "The seat was cramped and uncomfortable. Although I am a person of short stature, my back was achy throughout the flight."

If you have big shoulders..you are better off with business class, the seats are for slimmer people."

Ventajas: "From the moment I entered the plane, I was greeted by smiling faces, smooth jazz, and a perfectly air conditioned temperature. It was at this moment that I knew I was in for a treat. There was so much leg room, I closed my eyes at one point and felt like I was laying on a beach in Hawaii. The plane had a fantastic movie selection and great cuisine. Even the crying baby in the row over was such a delight!"

Desventajas: "Would have rather left out of EWR, but for the price it was worth the bit of inconvenience."

Desventajas: "As we landed 15 minutes early we were forced to wait 45 minutes on the plane because our gate was occupied. after we finally got off and went through customs we waited another hour to receive our luggage. When the luggage finally came out the crews luggage was the first to come out. So we all watched as the crew gathered their luggage which took another 15 minutes. Shouldn't the paying customers be first?"

Ventajas: "Boarding was organized. Food was excellent. A couple of complaints from fellow passengers were handled very professionally by crews. Leg room was not an issue for me as I am an average Asian height but for medical purposes - there should be a policy for them to separate sick-looking passengers from older passengers and children."
Desventajas: "Seat covers were musty and smells old - they need to change those! Flight got delayed for almost one hour while trying to dock because there was no assigned hangar station for the plane! How can an international airline company allow themselves to be treated like that? The crew looked overworked - what are these airline companies doing to these young professionals - treat them like slaves? I'm not surprised - that's the Philippines companies ways - pay them just enough so they can come back the next time to work."
