The service was the best. Flight attendants were so nice and accommodating at all hours of the day and didn't even flinch once after our multiple requests for more wine. They made sure we had enough food and snacks throughout the flights and provided plenty of water and juices to stay hydrated."

They helped us navigate through the airport to our connecting flight and sped us through security so we did not have to wait in line behind passengers that were not in a rush."

They also could have mentioned my first 2 legs of my flight was with united. I tried to check in online thru ANA, couldn't go thru with many attempts until finally I called and the agent mentioned to check in thru united."

Food option was pretty good and lots of shows and movies to choose from. Getting ice cream was such a treat for my kids!"

On the flights to and from, even though he was on he aisle side seat, it was very difficult for him to have enough room for his legs, thus making my space that much less. In the future, I think we would benefit from booking either the seat behind us for him that had more leg room, or the seats in front of us that were the first seats of all rows."

Desventajas: "This flight was an Airbus and it is certainly much smaller and more cramped than a Boeing 777. I am only five feet twou inches and trim, but even for me the discomfort factor was very high. That is not the fault of the crew, of course!"

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

I felt that when the flight crew saw this they could have made everyone much more comfortable by switching people to two people per row thus giving them more room especially on such a long flight."

Ventajas: "The economy seats are quite roomy compared to other companies. The planes and Incheon airport get upgraded every year. Inheon is probably the best place for lay-over with plenty of options for acivities, from short and long tours, Korean bath house wity overnight stay option, easy and fast immigration, and great customer service always."
Desventajas: "There is still some language barrier with the crew, though much less so compared to other Asian companies. They made up for it in hospitality. Food is usually good. The sandwich this time was cold cut whoch is not as appetizing for breakfast. But"

Desventajas: "Upon arrival back in Seoul, the bridge would not work properly. We had to wait on the airplane for 45 minutes, causing all of us to miss the last buses from the airport to our neighborhoods. What is usually a 12,000 KRW bus ride turned into a 130,000 taxi ride. (The jimjilbang downstairs was full.) If they had brought out stairs and buses immediately, instead of waiting so long, we might have made it to the buses."
Ventajas: "Lots of room in an economy seat, both in seat width and in knee-room. Great entertainment system! Good food and served frequently during a flight that lasted over 12 hours. Very efficient boarding process."
