Ventajas: Nos encantó el spa, el bar de la azotea, en general, simplemente encantador!!

Ventajas: Todo perfecto: limpieza, instalaciones, el personal...parada del metro justo en la puerta...Excelente hotel

Desventajas: Todo perfecto

Ventajas: Very clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is awesome with lots of variety. Comfortable bed. Easy access to Metro and bus.

Ventajas: The room was very clean. The spa and fitness center where a nice touch too

Ventajas: Habitación confortable y amplia. Baño limpio. Cama excelente. Desayuno bueno

Ventajas: Great hotel, free upgrade to a superior room, breakfast was fantastic, fresh with lots of choice. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was slightly too far out but only €8 in a taxi to Barro Ailto. Aflama was exceptional, really quirky with lots of different architecture and tiny streets. Great little independent bars.

Desventajas: Drinks prices were slightly high, €9 for a single gin and tonic.

Ventajas: En general bien,piscinas,bares y desayuno.

Desventajas: La habitación y el ruido

Ventajas: La situación, aunque no está en el centro turístico, tiene una entrada de metro justo en la puerta que te permite acceder rápidamente a las zonas de interés. Su localización junto a la antigua plaza de toros, ahora reconvertida en centro comercial y llena restaurantes, hace muy cómodo elegir qué y dónde cenar. La habitación enorme, amplia y luminosa con una cama king size. El baño, como a mi me gusta, con mucho sitio para poder poner mis cosas y espejo de aumento y pañuelos de papel. El desayuno muy variado y abundante pudiendo elegir entre gran cantidad de opciones. En la planta superior hay una piscina y un bar con mucho estilo y con una vista muy buena de Lisboa. El personal muy amable y servicial.

Desventajas: Por decir algo, eché en falta un soporte en alto para la maleta. Dentro del armario había algo pero no es válido para maletas de apertura de libro

Ventajas: Ha sido una maravilla, el hotel súper bueno, los desayunos buenos, la limpieza fantástica, el spa muy tranquilo, nos ha encantado, estábamos en la suite diplomática y estamos encantadas.

Ventajas: Huge bed! Best hotel complementary breakfast I’ve ever had. Very clean.

Desventajas: Parking garage sign needs to be more visible.

Ventajas: Sauna spa massage breakfast roof top

Desventajas: No balcony, no free water, expensive mini bar, aircon did not work well

Ventajas: Fluent service!

Desventajas: Room (720) was next to cleaning staff room, so it was a bit noisy in the morning. Luckily I’m morning person.. Safety box was tricky to use or it was broken.

Ventajas: Instalaciones.

Ventajas: Location, Location, Location!

Desventajas: Ya estuve el 22 y 23 de diciembre y or dos días con desayuno y garaje me cobraron 390 € y ahora 26 y 27 todo igual 507. Dice que el precio es variable, no lo entiendo

Ventajas: I would only stay there for a day which I did and not for pleasure. It reminded me of am airport hotel.

Ventajas: The staff were exceptionally friendly and we got upgraded to club suite as they knew it was our anniversary. We also got champagne and a cake in our room which we really appreciated. Fantastic service and we told everyone about this!

Desventajas: The fake flowers in the bathroom were dusty.

Ventajas: All the amenities and the cleanliness of the room. Great TV. The beds were comfortable and warm.

Desventajas: It was a bit small.

Ventajas: The location was great, rooms were very clean and staff was friendly.

Desventajas: Glass bathroom made to hard to not disturb anyone sleeping in bedroom during the night since lighting would shrine through

Ventajas: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.

Desventajas: The only thing that didn't impress was the club lounge (our room had club lounge access). The first 2 times we entered, the only food available was a tray of cookies. The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Ventajas: El desayuno muy bueno y completo, el personal muy amable y las instalaciones en general confortables.

Desventajas: Pedimos cena en dos ocasiones en la habitación y el precio es desorbitado para la poca elaboración de los platos. Al igual que el precio de tomarte algo en la piscina. La piscina está en el primer piso ( no en el último ) y toca el sol de 12:15 a 18:30.

Ventajas: Respectful employees, wonderful service, communicated in my native language and Spanish (which I appreciate), staff in the breakfast buffet were always attentive and made me feel special at all times.

Desventajas: There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. On the contrary, if I visit Lisbon in the future, I want to book in this hotel.

Ventajas: La habitación, la limpieza y la cama que era cómoda. La ubicación estaba bien, hay una parada de metro a 300 metros, y al centro se llega caminando en 25 minutos.

Desventajas: El restaurante, aunque la atención fue buena, nos pusieron un bistec que era como la suela de un zapato, y la elaboración de los otros platos era flojita.

Ventajas: Excellent service Great value for money

Desventajas: A bit far from Rossio

Ventajas: Clean and fresh. Good restaurant. Ok food.

Desventajas: Windows do not open and if you do not want to have AC on you will not be able to get fresh air.

Desventajas: Que no había disponibilidad en el spa. Desde el día q llegue pregunté y no había cupo, deberían notificar qué hay q hacer las citas con tiempo o dar algún tipo de preferencia al huésped.

Desventajas: A bit disappointing that the SPA is complementary and costs 15€ per person!

Ventajas: - Location - Having a free mobile phone to use during the stay

Desventajas: - Indoor swimming pool was extra

Ventajas: excelente establecimiento. todo el personal conoce el funcionamiento del hotel y esta siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. calidez portuguesa.

Ventajas: El desayuno es bueno y la cama comoda

Desventajas: Es la primera vez que me alojo en un hotel 5* y me mandan al piso -1, habitación interior en subsuelo en edificio anexo al principal. No tenía cobertura en mi móvil. Me queje y no hicieron nada. Por no hablar de las toallas ásperas y viejas y que no hubiera ningún tipo de amenities. Cuidado al contratar la habitación estándar porque si no pagas una superior te dan la de los pobres. Inaceptable por el precio pagado más de 150 euros la noche. El hotel es nuevo y bonito aunque hay unos 20 min andando a la zona más turística de Lisboa. No recomendaría este hotel, hay muchos de categorías inferiores más céntricos y con habitaciones mucho mejores y más baratas

Ventajas: Un gran hotel relativamente cerca de los barrios antiguos de Lisboa . Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y los demás servicios del hotel son de lo mejor. El desayuno, estilo buffet, es muy variado y de gran calidad. El personal está muy atento a todas tus necesidades.Un detalle que nos sorprendió: Tienes un teléfono móvil en la habitación que te permite hablar gratis durante 30 minutos. En definitiva, una buena elección.

Desventajas: El pago por adelantado ¿No es suficiente la referencia de la tarjeta que dejas al reservar y cuando llegas al hotel?

Ventajas: La música de fondo. :)

Desventajas: No tener una cama doble

Ventajas: We found the property to be in a good location however less able people may struggle with the walk to the centre although there are plenty of underground stations and buses nearby

Desventajas: Our only complaint was one day we had poor quality towels ie frayed and threadbare we showed reception staff who were very apologetic and gave us complimentary coffee and toast before we left

Ventajas: This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. They want you to believe it is, but it isn´t!! No way, probably 3 stars and has some things that a 2 star hotel offers. The breakfast at the IBIS (2-3 stars) is better!!!!!!! NO TV IN OTHER LANGUAGES, nothing in English (only BBC Entertainment, I mean CNN, BBC, SkyNews), nothing in French, German or even Spanish!!!!!!!!!! Good grief, it´s supposed to be a 4 star hotel!! TOO MUCH NOISE, the airplanes fly directly overhead, and the hotel is on the corner of busy streets, so you hear motorcycles, cars and ambulances, everything!! Way too noisy with the window open. If you close the window, only the fan works, no heating or air conditioning that is appreciable, and it was a little warm in the room as you can only open the window on a crack. Bathtub DID NOT DRAIN. Towels are not the quality of a 4 star hotel. Since the design of the room leads you to believe it´s a 4 star hotel, I guess they are fooling tourists that don´t know the difference, but I´ve never seen a 4 star hotel like this. The breakfast IS VERY MEDIOCRE (the breakfast at the 2-3 star IBIS is better), they put out the cheaper Portuguese pastries, no "pasteis de nata", the most famous ones (they must be more expensive!!), they put a SPOON in the honey bowl, really tacky!! (there is a utensil for honey). Yogurt from the carton, bacon was inedible, not the good type of bacon, and the eggs and beans were cold. Only the fresh fruit saved the day. Breakfast was not a 4 star breakfast and the hotel is NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL.

Desventajas: Habitación pequeña. Cuarto de baño también reducido.

Ventajas: Ubicación e instalaciones

Ventajas: Las habitaciones, la zona del hotel y el personal excelente.

Desventajas: Un hotel de 4 estrellas no puede decirte justo cuando llegas que su garaje es pequeño y los coches grandes no entran. El mío no es muy grande que digamos y no me dejaron entrar.

Ventajas: La atención y amabilidad de sus empleados

Desventajas: Correcto todo

Ventajas: Me gustó todo. El trato del personal desde el momento de la llegada. Las habitaciones amplias, ¡limpisimas!, El desayuno riquísimo... quedamos absolutamente encantados con todo. Como valor añadido, nos encantan los aviones y desde nuestra habitación se veían genial!

Desventajas: No podría valorar nada mal.

Ventajas: Very good location

Desventajas: Service is inappropriate. No drinking water in room, no slippers. There was no wifi at room, then we have to change the floor in order to have internet.
