Ventajas: Esta en un segundo piso de un edificio, la habitacion grandiosa, cama muy comoda, desayuno en habitacion, el personal super atento y amable, el metro a la misma puerta del hotel, cada dia al llegar a la noche teniamos un obsequio encima cama, fruta, vino oporto, pastelitos y en la sala todo el dia fruta, bolleria, te, cafe etc.. Gratis, recomendacion total del hotel, si vuelvo a lisboa me alojare de nuevo. Obregado!!!

Ventajas: El personal era increíble. Situado justo al lado de una estación de metro. Habitación grande por el precio.
Desventajas: Desafortunadamente había obras sobre mi habitación durante mi estancia. Tuve que cancelar mis días restantes y reservar otro hotel. Si lo hubiese sabido, no hubiera reservado.
Con eso dicho, el personal era increíble, las habitaciones eran cómodas (aunque el baño era muy estrecho.

Desventajas: Thé suite was very noisy because of the ventilation we could not switch of! The breakfast was simple comparing with others and there was after 9 am no replenishment. Good coffee.

Ventajas: Pues la amabilidad del personal pero su incapacidad para gestionar lo que se les escapa.
Desventajas: Tuvimos un problema con el baño. No funcionaba bien el inodoro ni la bañera. Se intercomunicaban y no se pudo usar bien durante varios dias. El servicio de desayuno se repone por el personal del establecimiento que tiene que combinar su trabajo de recepcionista con el de reponer de desayunos. El ruido de las habitaciones por la proximidad a la zona de aterrizaje de los aviones del aeropuerto de Lisboa. La poca luz de los baños que hace prácticamente inviable poder utilizarlo adecuadamente.

Location was slightly too far out but only €8 in a taxi to Barro Ailto. Aflama was exceptional, really quirky with lots of different architecture and tiny streets. Great little independent bars.

Ventajas: La situación, aunque no está en el centro turístico, tiene una entrada de metro justo en la puerta que te permite acceder rápidamente a las zonas de interés. Su localización junto a la antigua plaza de toros, ahora reconvertida en centro comercial y llena restaurantes, hace muy cómodo elegir qué y dónde cenar. La habitación enorme, amplia y luminosa con una cama king size. El baño, como a mi me gusta, con mucho sitio para poder poner mis cosas y espejo de aumento y pañuelos de papel. El desayuno muy variado y abundante pudiendo elegir entre gran cantidad de opciones. En la planta superior hay una piscina y un bar con mucho estilo y con una vista muy buena de Lisboa. El personal muy amable y servicial.

Ventajas: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.

The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.
Desventajas: The only thing that didn't impress was the club lounge (our room had club lounge access). The first 2 times we entered, the only food available was a tray of cookies. The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Desventajas: Pedimos cena en dos ocasiones en la habitación y el precio es desorbitado para la poca elaboración de los platos. Al igual que el precio de tomarte algo en la piscina. La piscina está en el primer piso ( no en el último ) y toca el sol de 12:15 a 18:30.

Ventajas: La atención nada más cruzar la puerta. Son amabilisimos. El hotel está literalmente en la boca del metro de Saldhana, directa del aeropuerto. Nos dieron paso a la habitación antes de la hora prevista, y fue un alivio poder soltar todo y salir visitar la ciudad. En la azotea tienen unas vistas preciosas, y la piscina....sin palabras. Una maravilla. La habitación superó con creces mis expectativas. Limpia, con todo lo que se necesita ( incluso zapatillas) un detalle nada más llegar como bienvenida de fruta, bombones y galletitas....en fin, volveré seguro. El desayuno buenísimo.

Ventajas: The furniture is (or looks) brand new. I quite liked the innovative “do not disturb” system, which can be set from inside the room. I also appreciated having a big closet and a desk where I could work.

Ventajas: La atención nada más cruzar la puerta. Son amabilisimos. El hotel está literalmente en la boca del metro de Saldhana, directa del aeropuerto. Nos dieron paso a la habitación antes de la hora prevista, y fue un alivio poder soltar todo y salir visitar la ciudad. En la azotea tienen unas vistas preciosas, y la piscina....sin palabras. Una maravilla. La habitación superó con creces mis expectativas. Limpia, con todo lo que se necesita ( incluso zapatillas) un detalle nada más llegar como bienvenida de fruta, bombones y galletitas....en fin, volveré seguro. El desayuno buenísimo.

Ventajas: This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. They want you to believe it is, but it isn´t!! No way, probably 3 stars and has some things that a 2 star hotel offers. The breakfast at the IBIS (2-3 stars) is better!!!!!!! NO TV IN OTHER LANGUAGES, nothing in English (only BBC Entertainment, I mean CNN, BBC, SkyNews), nothing in French, German or even Spanish!!!!!!!!!! Good grief, it´s supposed to be a 4 star hotel!! TOO MUCH NOISE, the airplanes fly directly overhead, and the hotel is on the corner of busy streets, so you hear motorcycles, cars and ambulances, everything!! Way too noisy with the window open. If you close the window, only the fan works, no heating or air conditioning that is appreciable, and it was a little warm in the room as you can only open the window on a crack. Bathtub DID NOT DRAIN. Towels are not the quality of a 4 star hotel. Since the design of the room leads you to believe it´s a 4 star hotel, I guess they are fooling tourists that don´t know the difference, but I´ve never seen a 4 star hotel like this. The breakfast IS VERY MEDIOCRE (the breakfast at the 2-3 star IBIS is better), they put out the cheaper Portuguese pastries, no "pasteis de nata", the most famous ones (they must be more expensive!!), they put a SPOON in the honey bowl, really tacky!! (there is a utensil for honey). Yogurt from the carton, bacon was inedible, not the good type of bacon, and the eggs and beans were cold. Only the fresh fruit saved the day. Breakfast was not a 4 star breakfast and the hotel is NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL.

Ventajas: The location was very central and very close to Metro station, so we managed to have a very coursive journey. The personnel was very pronned to help us with any inquiries that we had, they were very, very nice, the food was plenty and for all sorts of requirements and the room was very, very big. We were upgraded from a smaller to a bigger room, so the room was huge. Nicely done!

Ventajas: La habitación era muy cómoda, con una cama estupenda y el desayuno estaba muy bien, con muchos detalles, incluidos dulces típicos. El personal atento y simpáticos, me permitieron aparcar el coche en el reservado para la recepción los dos días sin coste y nos subieron el equipaje a la habitación.
Desventajas: En la habitación estaba todo limpio, incluido el cuarto de baño. Lo único que había sucio es la encimera de la tv, con polvo, tras pedirlo se corrigió perfectamente.

Desventajas: El trato para empezar frío y corto, muy seco, creo que porque somos españoles, luego la suciedad del balcon y la zona de la cama, lo caro que es el minibar, el sonido se cuela por todos lados, a las 07:00 de la mañana las limpiadoras gritaban por los pasillos comunicandose unas con otras y cuando salí a mirar estaban descojonadas de la risa como si no les importara.

Desventajas: Nos alojamos del 18 al 20 de diciembre en este hotel y nuestra gran sorpresa se presentó el día 19/12/2019. Antes del mediodía habían llamado para entrar a hacer la habitación y dijimos que nos íbamos en seguida. Pasamos el día entero fuera del hotel y dejamos en un bolsillo de la maleta 500€. Al día siguiente por la mañana nos dimos cuenta de que faltaban 200€. Hablamos con el director del hotel y su respuesta fue que lo siente mucho y que teníamos que haber dejado el dinero en la caja fuerte. Hasta aquí estoy de acuerdo pero mi pregunta es: tengo necesidad alguna de desconfiar de un hotel de 4 estrellas o cualquier otro hotel cuando se supone que me alojo en el mismo con el fin de tener tranquilidad? Un desastre. Pusimos una hoja de reclamación y llevamos una semana esperando una respuesta más adecuada pero creo que era la respuesta definitiva por lo que veo.

Ventajas: Friendly staff, special recognition to Rui who is ever so helpful. For a family of 4, the family room works for us. The location is close to the airport, only took about 10 minutes by car. Convenient for those staying in Lisbon before flying out.

Ventajas: Nice hotel located rather close to the airport (10 minutes and less than 10€ by taxi). Clean and well equipped room with fridge and working table. Fast and stable WiFi. Comfortable bed, but somewhat narrow in our first room (see below). Very friendly and supportive staff. Good hotel restaurant. Many nice restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance.
Desventajas: Our first room was very loud - because of traffic noise, but mainly because construction/renovation work was ongoing in the upper storeys. No way to sleep after these noises started in the early morning. We asked to change the room and were given one above the ground floor, which was much more quiet (and also had a much wider bed).

Our room (mini suite) was gorgeous- clean and modern and comfortable. I’d stay again if in similar situation. Not a good base to really visit Lisbon though- too far from most stuff.

Desventajas: Me parece que la hora del check-in es demasiado tarde (15:00h pm). Cuándo nos dieron la llave le la habitación (16:00h pm aprox) y subimos nos encontramos al personal de limpieza dentro preparando la habitación. En el cuarto de baño no había amenities, (solo una pastilla de jabón) y tampoco había gel de baño en la ducha, tuvimos que utilizar el del lavabo.

Ventajas: The warmth of the personnel! From day one Samuel welcomed us with a great smile and enthusiasm. Awesome location, near the Alameda metro station (Green line) that connects with the center and popular places of Lisbon within minutes. Specially thanks to Andrea at the front desk that took the time to explain the directions of every single place we wanted to visit. Ventajas: Breakfast is rich & the hotel is clean.
Desventajas: If traveling by metro the Almeda station to the hotel is a 10 minute walk, but uphill and this is not nice after a long flight to Lisbon. The staff there are slow in doing anything, it took 20' to do the check in. There are hidden costs to calculate ie a 4 euro per night per person tax, PLUS they want a credit (not debit) card to charge a refundable a security deposit, or they ask for 50 euros in cash. The rooms are small for 2 people.

Ventajas: Su ubicacion al lado de dos bocas de metro Alameda y Saldana, aunque no recomiendo Alameda una cuesta para llegar inmensa. Un supermercado direccion al metro Saldana y 2 cafeterias pastelerias muy buenas. Son muy pocas paradas al centro como 5.
Desventajas: No me gusto que no funcionaba el secador de la habitacion de la 7 planta y ademas apenas llegaba agua. Te podias bañar pero no era con presion.

Ventajas: The warmth of the personnel! From day one Samuel welcomed us with a great smile and enthusiasm. Awesome location, near the Alameda metro station (Green line) that connects with the center and popular places of Lisbon within minutes. Specially thanks to Andrea at the front desk that took the time to explain the directions of every single place we wanted to visit. Already want to come back to Portugal and for sure Turim Alameda is going to be my hotel. ☺️ THANK YOU ALL!

Desventajas: La habitación tenía algún detalle desperfecto (sin mayor importancia) y los colchones no eran muy cómodos, por la mañana me despertaba con una leve molestia en la espalda, parecen anticuados.

Desventajas: It’s between two metro stations and need to walk for 10-15 mins to either. It’s a pleasant walk when the weather was fine. However, a bit inconvenient at night and when it rained.

Desventajas: La condición general del hotel era pobre, bastante sucias las habitaciones (pedimos un cambio) eran bastante "gastadas". Las moquetas estaban manchadas, polvo por todos lados y los baños necesitan una buena limpieza con nuevo calafateo en alrededor de la ducha. El personal nos pareció tener "baja moral" que puede ser consecuencia directa de la mala gestión. Lo cual es bastante decepcionante, ya que algunos estaban bastante bien. Sólo parece que los propietarios del hotel (que nunca pueden ser) no han dado en términos de los productos básicos. No es un hotel de cinco estrellas; este hotel necesita una gran renovación.

Desventajas: Es un hotel que le sobran dos estrellas. No responde ni en servicio ni en instalaciones ni en personal. Con nosotros venía una persona diabética y Se negaron a guardarnos las bateas en el congelador. Tuvimos que pedir un poco de hielo en un bar. Para tomarte un café en el desayuno había que armarse de paciencia y esperar a que el "amable" camarero se acercará. Si después de esto le pedías un descafeinado, todo eran pegas. Nos encontramos pelos en el baño y uñas en el suelo. Cada vez que dejábamos la habitación y volvíamos, teníamos que bajar a recepción para que nos cambiaran la llave. En fin, una mala experiencia...

Ventajas:
Desventajas: Mucho ruido. Uno de los días la habitación se quedó sin hacer y no dieron ni solución ni compensación. Molestias del personal desde las 8 de la mañana

Desventajas: We had trouble with the air conditioning not working, so I've got to change room 4 times until it has fixed. The location is in a quiet place, but no much options in the neibourhood. Everything is closed at 10PM.

Ventajas: Great location near subway, in city centre. The room is great, bed is comfortable. Fantastic to rest after a work day. Very clean, w.c. in perfect conditions. Checkin and checkout was easy, nice receptionistes.
Desventajas: The natural plants decorating the lobby are in bad shape. The flowers in room balcony where death. You really should give some attention to it, I wonder if the same is happening in other maintenance areas.

Ventajas: Location is excellent. Taxis available 24/7. Connection to airport under ten minutes. Bedroom was excellent. Clean and powerful over-bath shower. Nocturnal noise woke me. Really loud from overhead Railway (guessing). Forgot to ask Fernanda at Desk. Breakfast was adequate.

Ventajas: La localizacion. Transporte publico a mano.
Desventajas: El personal de recepcion muy poco atento. No nos atendieron adecuadamente. Por otro lado el personal de la limpieza desde las 7 de la mañana dando gritos por el hotel molestando. Y el aparcamiento es de pago aunque seas huesped.

Desventajas: La habitación estaba bastante chica como para dos personas tomando en cuenta que cada una lleva consigo su propio menaje.

Desventajas: El hotel no está mal, pero relación calidad precio caro...es bastante viejo y está poco cuidado, las habitaciones dejaban bastante que desear, las paredes con papel pegado despegado, la colcha con desgaste y bolas del uso...la TV de hace 15 años...
