Ventajas: Alojamiento muy limpio, con cocina y sala de estar muy cómoda donde puedes tomar infusiones y café y un bizcocho que te pone el alojamiento, muy recomendable. A 25’ andando del centro y justo enfrente tienes boca de metro, pero dando un paseo no hace falta!!

Ventajas: Christina, the hostess, is the kindest and sweetest person ever, I was on my own there, no other customers, so it was extra positive. I had spent the first three nights in a 5 stars hotel, and this was my first Hotel/Hostel , I loved Rainbow Guesthouse more!!!! Awesome job. keep it up :)

Ventajas: The apartment is really cozy and nicely arranged. Location in the city is really great, staff was very friendly. Showers/toilets/mutual area was also very clean. We enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse.

Ventajas: It's a modernly redecorated accommodation. The value for money is excellent for someone who just needs a comfy place to stay for a few days in a very good location. Even though my room's window was to the street, I didn't hear much noise outside with the windows closed. The light decor gave a nice feeling to the place and everything was very clean.

Desventajas: The only thing which was not that nice is actually the mattress on the bed itself, it was way too soft and you could feel that it was not that new, as we simply fell into each other in the middle of it while sleeping.

Desventajas: El aparcamiento. El parking que está al lado estaba lleno (normal en la fecha en la que hemos ido) y toda la zona de alrededor es zona de pago.

Ventajas: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.

Desventajas: The only thing that didn't impress was the club lounge (our room had club lounge access). The first 2 times we entered, the only food available was a tray of cookies. The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Desventajas: Pedimos cena en dos ocasiones en la habitación y el precio es desorbitado para la poca elaboración de los platos. Al igual que el precio de tomarte algo en la piscina. La piscina está en el primer piso ( no en el último ) y toca el sol de 12:15 a 18:30.

There is only a bfast area and no real restaurant or bar so it’s nice and quiet. You get water and fresh fruit in room which is a lovely added touch. Second time in this hotel and it’s an ideal city break.

Ventajas: La atención nada más cruzar la puerta. Son amabilisimos. El hotel está literalmente en la boca del metro de Saldhana, directa del aeropuerto. Nos dieron paso a la habitación antes de la hora prevista, y fue un alivio poder soltar todo y salir visitar la ciudad. En la azotea tienen unas vistas preciosas, y la piscina....sin palabras. Una maravilla. La habitación superó con creces mis expectativas. Limpia, con todo lo que se necesita ( incluso zapatillas) un detalle nada más llegar como bienvenida de fruta, bombones y galletitas....en fin, volveré seguro. El desayuno buenísimo.

En la cocina, a pesar de ser compartida, cada huésped dispone de su lugar para disponer sus pertenencias. Desventajas: The walls are pretty thin.. I felt bad speaking loud. My neighbours didn't have the same courtesy. Sounded like the upstairs neighbours were dropping bowling balls. Gave me a heart attack on the middle of the night.

Desventajas: El olor del hotel en general, moquetas con manchas, las fotos del hotel no se corresponden con la realidad, y los bajos de la cama, lleno de pelusas. El servicio de cafetería, muy caro para tan poca comida, por no mencionar una de las camareras rubia mayor poco amable y con malas formas. Te cobran el impuesto de turismo sin previo aviso al llegar al hotel y los parking son muy estrechos y en malas condiciones con goteras y muy somero. BUFFET, MUY ESCASO SIN VARIEDAD No se merece la categoría de 4 estrellas NO LLEGA NI A 3.

TOO MUCH NOISE, the airplanes fly directly overhead, and the hotel is on the corner of busy streets, so you hear motorcycles, cars and ambulances, everything!! Way too noisy with the window open. If you close the window, only the fan works, no heating or air conditioning that is appreciable, and it was a little warm in the room as you can only open the window on a crack. Bathtub DID NOT DRAIN. Towels are not the quality of a 4 star hotel. Since the design of the room leads you to believe it´s a 4 star hotel, I guess they are fooling tourists that don´t know the difference, but I´ve never seen a 4 star hotel like this. Ventajas: This hotel is in a fantastic location near both the Gulbenkian Museum and the El Corte Ingles Mall. Our double room was spacious with a desk, mini-bar, and super comfy bed. The burgers in the bar were very tasty and reasonably priced. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again for sure!

Ventajas: Hotel funcional con buena atención del personal. El tema del parking la gente exagera mucho. Es cierto que es todo bastante estrecho, pero yo metí y saqué una ranchera de 5m varias veces durante nuestra estancia sin ningún problema.

Aparcamiento en el mismo hotel bastante económico (5 € por día), que es una ventaja. Muy buena opción de alojamiento en Lisboa.
Desventajas: Por decir algo, la dificultad de maniobrar en el parking del hotel, aunque con paciencia y precaución se consigue aparcar sin problemas. En la recepción del hotel ofrecen la posibilidad de entrar y sacar el coche del parking.

Desventajas: For a 4* hotel the breakfasts was just average. Could have more choices in cheeses, warm at least boiled eggs (was iced cold) and more variety in jums. The cleanness outside around the hotel or at least the entrance should be taken care more often as it should have been done by a 4*hotel. Smoking pole instead of a dicent smoking area as if the smokers are third class guest's! The service at the bar ( reception area) was awful and the staff had no apertite to serve us we had to ask several times for seevice. The fact that they have no rooms with opening windows or verandas.

Breakfast was a nice buffet spread including pancakes, eggs, various breads and rolls, fresh orange juice, sweet rolls, cereal, yogurt and cold cuts. Excellent! Location was in a nice, modern area with restaurants and shops. The metro was only a block away and it was a short walk to the Marques de Pombal square. Highly recommend as it is great value for the money.

Ventajas: We were very happy with our stay at the Ibis. It is a basic hotel but it was clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was a nice buffet spread including pancakes, eggs, various breads and rolls, fresh orange juice, sweet rolls, cereal, yogurt and cold cuts. Excellent! Location was in a nice, modern area with restaurants and shops. The metro was only a block away and it was a short walk to the Marques de Pombal square. Highly recommend as it is great value for the money.

Desventajas: I had a major issue with the shower in the room. On my first day, the water was leaking from the pipe that connected the shower head to the tap. It was so bad that it was not possible to have any water pressure. After the maintenance staff came to replace that, on the second day, the water pressure was too high and the shower head could not be controlled and basically the water went everywhere. I understand that design is important for the look of a hotel, but when it overrides function and practicality, I was deprived of having a decent shower during my stay in this hotel. It did not leave a good impression for me in spite of the other pluses of the hotel.

Our room (mini suite) was gorgeous- clean and modern and comfortable. I’d stay again if in similar situation. Not a good base to really visit Lisbon though- too far from most stuff.

Ventajas: Gran hotel, cerca del centro. Andando o en taxi muy rápido llegas a todo. Está situado en una zona tranquila, con un personal amable. Muy limpio en el interior y un maravilloso desayuno de la mañana incluido. Realmente disfrutamos de la estancia!

Ventajas: El personal del hotel muy amable y atento, nos explico a la perfección la mejor manera de desplazarnos por Lisboa, y la forma más cómoda y práctica de ir a Sintra, así que dejamos el coche en el parking del hotel durante toda la estancia, por un módico precio. Paradas de metro cercanas. Todo muy limpio y la cama supercomoda.
Desventajas: El aire acondicionado tardaba demasiado en calentar la habitación.

Desventajas: Me parece que la hora del check-in es demasiado tarde (15:00h pm). Cuándo nos dieron la llave le la habitación (16:00h pm aprox) y subimos nos encontramos al personal de limpieza dentro preparando la habitación. En el cuarto de baño no había amenities, (solo una pastilla de jabón) y tampoco había gel de baño en la ducha, tuvimos que utilizar el del lavabo.

Desventajas: La seguridad del locker es simbólica pues levantando el colchón se podrían robar las cosas, y el desayuno también es simbólico. Pero por el precio es entendible.

Desventajas: Me hubiera gustado que limpiará las habitaciones a diario y cambiaran las toallas. El aparcamiento es muy difícil por ser una zona céntrica. El desayuno estaba bien, pero, no tenía mucha variedad. La limpieza de los platos después de su uso, me pareció bien, pero, muchas veces no todo el mundo es igual de meticuloso y eso deja mala impresión. Se averió la máquina de café y no se reparó en el tiempo que estuve allí.

Desventajas: There wasn't a bathroom plug and was told by staff that guest took them and that it couldn't be replaced. So I could only use the shower.

Ventajas: Las instalaciones eran correctas y la habitación de tamaño adecuado. La ubicación del hotel es buena, aún no estando en el centro está perfectamente comunicado en metro/bus o caminando si sois de andar. El desayuno estaba muy bien, variado y de calidad.
Desventajas: Las habitaciones no están correctamente insonorizadas, se oía el ruido de los vecinos pero sobre todo se escuchaban los aviones que salen/entran al aeropuerto, lo que resulta incómodo y a ratos dificulta el descanso. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba.

Ventajas: Staff were very helpful. The room was big enough for a desk with TV and an armoir. Nice bathroom with good shower. Excellent location, close to main buses and metro. The metro goes directly to the airport. There is a Pingo Doce a block away with a large restaurant. The hotel has a small dining room with kitchenette for bringing food in. We would stay here again.

Desventajas: Bed wasn’t so comfortable and you could hear quite clearly outside the rooms.

Desventajas: - Not much natural light in the room. Window was facing some kind of narrow backyard. There were even empty bottles there... - The gigantic, jingly key chain. You have one, all the neighbours have one. You hear a sound... is someone swinging their saucepans? Wait, the rooms have no kitchen. Is there a cow passing by on the corridor? Ah, the jingly key chain! - Bathroom window could not be closed properly - Common room is kinda ugly

Desventajas: En nuestro caso por poner algún defecto los desagües de la bañera y el lavabo no funcionaban bien y habia muy poca luz.

Desventajas: Noise from the corridor was audible but other guests made efforts to be very quiet so it wasn't a problem.

Desventajas: Es una finca muy antigua y la habitación va acorde con ello, no me molesta que los muebles sean antiguos, pero cuando abrí un cajon me quedé con el en la mano. Y la puerta del baño no cierra.
