Ventajas: Calidad precio muy bueno, el señor Jose muy amable, nos indicó un parking, al lado, donde dejar el coche por 10'50 euros/ 24h y nos recomendó un restaurante para comer, un gran acierto, para repetir!

Ventajas: I had an over night layover and chose this place for an easy commute to the airport - one line and the metro station is minutes on foot. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very basic decor but was clean and met my expectations for the night. The area around seemed safe.

Ventajas: Muy bien relación calidad precio. Muy buena atención por parte de la persona encargada

Desventajas: Todo muy bien

Ventajas: Un personal excepcional. Muy amables. El sistema de entrada con códigos es muy cómodo.

Desventajas: Hacía un poco de frío.

Ventajas: Genial el hostal. Los recepcionistas súper simpáticos. La habitación cómoda y limpia. La mía tenía baño privado y 2 camas. Una de matrimonio y otra individual. El metro esta a 50 metros

Desventajas: Nada. Todo perfecto

Ventajas: The staff is very nice. The position is perfect because it is near to metro station.

Ventajas: Pro: the place is very secure, everything is a code of numbers that you have to remember (they give you a little piece of paper with the info when you check in). Once you can navigate yourself into the building and find the door to the hotel (hence it's not a typical hotel look or feel someone might expect, it's more like going to someone's apartment building, on the 2nd floor), but once you get to it, the "old guy" receptionist is very nice. He's very informative and will give you all the info that you need. The room is nice and clean, the bathroom is clean and there's hot water so it was great during our travel time it was in November and cold outside, we needed hot showers. The guy was very nice, my friend thought the room was cold so he gave us his little space heater to use. We only stayed one night and we were barely there. I think we checked in at night, cleaned up a little, went out partying all night since it was our last night and only night we stayed in Lisbon, came back to pack and lay down for an hour, and got back up to catch our early morning flight. It would be a comfortable room to sleep in if they stayed longer.

Desventajas: Con: This is not your typical hotel look or feel or what you'd expect. We thought it's going to be a hotel with a reception desk in the lobby and signage out from the street that we can see and recognize easily, it's not, it's an apartment building. It's basically a condo flat on the 2nd level like you're going to someone's apartment home, with many rooms inside a big apartment building, and they turned this flat into a boutique hotel. We arrived at night and it's dark, also the place is in a residential building and there's no signage from the street showing that it's a hotel, the signage isn't too big on the side door and you have to walk up to the building gate itself to find/look for it, so it was hard to find. There were other signs on the door as well for different places and you have to press a bell to have the main entrance apartment gate/door open. There were also some homeless looking like people sitting in the front of the door and it's pitch black where the entrance is located so it looks a little sketchy. Even when we walked inside, there's no light in the lobby of the building (hence it's a shared building), and you have to find the light or navigate to the elevator somehow. Maybe during the day time it's better. The elevator is old and interesting to use (maybe that's just how Lisbon apartment buildings are supposed to look, we just weren't used to this look for a hotel) type. The area might look nice during day time, but at night it looks interesting so if you go somewhere and come back at night you might be surprised. Also, parking was hard to find, even though there are parking on the street right in front, it's always full because it's a residential area and people have cars who live in the area.

Ventajas: The host was very friendly and warm. Even though I checked in quite late, he was available and welcoming. He was also helpful regarding tips for traveling around. Overall cleanliness, accessibility and security are good. The location is not far from the Alameda metro stop & Fonte Luminosa.

Desventajas: Wi-Fi signal was mostly not available even though the host tried to repair/fix it. Shower was a bit small, might be difficult for bigger/broader people to move the arms.

Ventajas: La ubicación justo al lado del metro es fantástica. El personal muy amable y cordial. Totalmente recomendable!

Desventajas: Nada, la verdad es que todo estuvo muy bien.

Ventajas: La habitación coincidía lo lo descrito en la página. Muy limpio y la atención maravillosa. José es una persona muy amable y encantador que te resuelve dudas con la mejor de las sonrisas. Está en muy buena ubicación, zona tranquila, a dos minutos andando tienes el metro, y en 10 minutos estás en el centro. Del aeropuerto a la parada del metro hay 20 minutos. Totalmente recomendable.

Ventajas: Location quite close to subway station is very useful. Direct subway line to airport and bus station Oriente. Staff is very friendly, I have been serviced by earlier check in.

Ventajas: El ambiente excelente Buena predisposición Comodidad de las camas

Ventajas: The bunk beds are made of wood and solid, each one has light and socket.

Desventajas: The top bed has nothing to avoid you falling from it, all the noise from downstairs come up to the rooms, the room was small and had a serious humidity problem.

Ventajas: La organización y amabilidad de los encargados

Ventajas: Good room, nice bathroom and the staff was very friendly!

Desventajas: There is a towel for guests, the towel doesn't dry very well, but it's included so can't complain much!

Ventajas: Excelente lugar, el ambiente es genial, Rafa se porto muy bien con nosotros, él y su mamá son muy amables. El desayuno estuvo rico. Nos encantó, repetimos seguro.

Ventajas: The hostel felt like home. The staff were amazing , friendly and so helpful on all levels. The hostel was clean location was perfect.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Location was close to the subway. There was mini market opposite the building. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The staff was polite and recommended what attractions are worth to be seen.

Desventajas: Everything was fine up to 3rd day of our stay on 12.09.2019 when we were robbed, which we immediately informed. Someone broke into the apartment number 6C on the 6th floor during our absence and took out personal belongings (cash, my leather purse with personal documents, my and children's passports, iPad, keys to rent car, backpack). The theft was reported to the Lisbon Police and he is known to the Police. We were terrified (especially our children) that we had to spend the last night in the apartment when someone easily entered without using the code. We suffered both material and mental losses. After sending a request to pay compensation, we received a response from the owner that we will not receive any compensation, because their insurance does not cover damage to personal belongings of guests.

Ventajas: La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro, pero se coge el metro o caminas un rato y no hay problema. La habitación es muy amplia, está muy limpio y sorprendió lo bonita que era. El baño bien también. Nos dejaron aparcar detrás del edificio por 5€/noche.

Desventajas: La verdad que nada, todo bien.

Ventajas: La ubicación era perfecta para llegar en poco tiempo a cualquier lado.

Ventajas: Limpieza impecable! El alojamiento es enorme y moderno. La habitación muy grande con baño propio. Muchas zonas comunes, la cocina grande y totalmente equipada. La zona muy segura, con muchísimas tiendas y el metro justo en la cera de enfrente. El personal majísimo, puedes contactar con ellos por whatsapp en cualquier momento, además dispones de mucha información sobre la ciudad en el alojamiento. Hay una habitación con código de seguridad para dejar las maletas. Todo genial!!

Ventajas: Very good location, just a couple of minutes away from 2 metro lines that easily connect you to both the airport and the city centre. Surrounded by places to eat. Very private and quiet, hardly ever met the other guests (which is a pro for me!) It was beautifully furnished and included everything you could ever need. Staff were polite and really helpful! The room was simple and functional. Easy to get in and out and to store your luggage on the last day after checkout. Really clean!

Ventajas: Very good location regarding Metro station. Wasn't sure how I was going to travel in Lisbon but when I realised that Metro is the main way of transport, was really grateful that the station is just around the corner, about 100m away. It takes about 15 minutes in total to the city center, including the walk. Parking was a plus, did not use a car at all. It is a safe private parking with a gate, behind the building. The street looks safe and is really quiet in the night.

Ventajas: La ubicación es muy buena, a metros de la estación de metro Alameda. La habitación muy cómoda y cuenta con todo lo necesario y baño privado. Enfrente un mercado. Diogo nos recibió y nos hizo recomendaciones sobre qué visitar y dónde comer! Muy recomendable, gracias por todo!

Desventajas: Nada, todo perfecto

Ventajas: La ubicacion es perfecta, nosotros cogimos la opcion del parking por 5€ al dia y te desentiendes del coche , Lisboa centro , es toda zona azul y llevar coche es una locura . El metro Alameda esta a 2 minutos del apartamento y te lleva a cualquier punto turistico. Es la mejor opcion sin duda.

Desventajas: La habitacion tiene paredes finitas y se escucha bastante el ruido de las demas habitaciones . No fue un gran problema para nosotros porque estabamos poco tiempo alli. Tuvimos un problemilla con los codigos de la puerta, pero el anfitrion lo soluciono rapidisimo , asi que genial y agradecidos.

Ventajas: La casa estaba bastante nueva y limpia. La cocina bonita y bien equipada. La habitación grande y limpia. La ducha estaba muy bien, grande y nueva. La ubicación, aún estando lejos del centro, está muy bien. Hay parada de metro al lado y hay línea desde aeropuerto.

Desventajas: Un poco frío ya que era diciembre y no tenía calefacción, solo la bomba de calor que no se notaba. Tampoco me gustó que en 4 días no nos cambiaron las toallas.

Ventajas: The place is very clean, the bed is comfortable and there is enough bathrooms for all the residents. Plus, it is very close to the metrostation. There is also a big kitchen and a living room if you want to cook and eat there.

Desventajas: The only wrong side is the lack of window (in only one room I guess), which is actually not a problem if you are here to visit the city.

Ventajas: Clean. Good location. Staff / owners quick to respond to inquiries.

Desventajas: This is an impersonal and rather soulless place, which lacks Lisbon's usual charm and human touch. It lacks some basic care and the furnishings and fixtures are cheap (even if new). The mattresses are uncomfortable (if you suffer from a bad back they are not suitable) and the pillows are so cheap they have no substance. There aren't enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and the ones there fall off. The cheap plastic toilet flush was already defunct. There was no shelf in the bathroom. Check-in and check-out are self-service, which underlines the soullessness of the place. My suggestion would be for the owners to stay here themselves and found out whether they themselves feel comfortable enough to want to return. I would doubt it.

Ventajas: Great place!! Everything very new and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind! Perfect location for who intends to stay near the airport, in a good neighborhood and very close to a metro station.

Desventajas: It was a little expensive.

Ventajas: Me encantó el trato de Sara, muy simpática y eficiente. La habitación, la cocina y los baños estaban muy limpios. La ubicación y la relación calidad-precio son excelentes.

Desventajas: No dispone de aire acondicionado o ventilador y al estar en época de verano las habitaciones pueden tornarse muy calurosas. Deberían tener ropa de cama ligera para el verano y no solo cobertores de invierno.

Ventajas: Nice location, the accomodation was really good. Close to center, good restaurants. Close to transports and airport. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms

Desventajas: Problems in one of the drain bathroom.

Ventajas: Nice big rooms with clean white linen. Clean modern shared kitchen and bathrooms.

Desventajas: Bed room door could only be closed by locking with key - no latch. 3 different keys/code to enter. No checkout process communicated.

Ventajas: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is well located, close to the airport and also downtown. Place was well equipped, we’ve had everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy. Would recommend to everyone.

Desventajas: Only one thing: we could easily hear everything from the corridor at night, so if you are a light sleeper I would recommend to bring earplugs with you.

Ventajas: Typical Lisbon building and the place was comfortable.

Desventajas: It was a tad humid.

Desventajas: Los dos baños tenían un problema en el desagüe de la ducha, no tragaba bien y se acumulaba el agua hasta los tobillos con una simple ducha de 10 minutos.

Ventajas: Es bonito y calidad precio

Desventajas: Hay mucho ruido Las puertas para poder carrarlas es dificil y hasta altas horas hay mucho ruido

Ventajas: Very nice place, calm and good location. Private rooms and enough utilities! Its a 5 bedroom apartment actually with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. So its quiet and not crowded. Everything nearby, from supermarket to metro and even train station. Windows to the street have nice view! 1 room with back view but I didnt saw it. Nice staff and I saw they reached property in 10 min in case it was necessary. Ppl who say it is not easy to find should look the address fully, No 6 and 3 Esq, it doesnt need a huge sign if you read carefully! Some coffee and tea are available... Also a washing machine which is useful!

Desventajas: Be alittle more environmenta friendly and recycle garbage!" Also please don't mix water in toilets soap. Like at the end how much is the difference!

Ventajas: The hotel is in a rather good location and well communicated.

Desventajas: Breakfast was really bad and the room was overpriced, for what it proposed.

Ventajas: la ubicación...con paradas de autobús cerca, y de metro enfrente al hotel. el hotel está todo reformado ..nuevo.

Desventajas: el ascensor no subia hasta la planta k estábamos....además de súper lento. el personal de recepción no hablaban nada de español. los colchones incomodisimos muy duros. y el desayuno fatal...

Ventajas: La ubicacion, buen sector, en frente del hotel la estacion del metro de alameda. Habitacion en muy buen estado, muy buen baño, buen aire acondicionado, cama, tendidos. Todo bien. En la misma estacion del metro alameda puede tomarla para ir directo al aeropuerto

Desventajas: Todo bien. Desayuno no muy bueno

Ventajas: Direct at the Subway Station. Nice and clean rooms. We had even had a Mini Bar with beverages and beer included.

Desventajas: The breakfest was ok but could have been better.

Ventajas: The place is nice located. The metro is 30m away from the hotel entrance. Not far from the hotel you can find some nice restaurants

Desventajas: I missed English-language TV channels. Breakfast should be a little big richer. There should be some eggs, some meat and fresh vegetables.

Ventajas: Plenty of electric outlets - by the desk, by the bed, in the bathroom. Enough for a multitude of electronics to be moved around as conveniently as possible. The room had a large set of hangers - both for jackets and trousers, as well as a personal iron and ironing board.

Ventajas: The staff are quite helpful. We had some problem with our first room and they changed us to another one which was more spacious and airy.

Desventajas: It’s between two metro stations and need to walk for 10-15 mins to either. It’s a pleasant walk when the weather was fine. However, a bit inconvenient at night and when it rained.

Desventajas: El ruido en la habitación, no se si era el aire acondicionado o algo de la piscina ya que estabamos en el ultimo piso del hotel.

Ventajas: Habitación muy completa. Buena cama con buenas almohadas. Un gran baño. Todo muy limpio. Aunque no está en las zona centro, estaba en las zona universitaria con muy buen ambiente
