Ventajas: the best hotel experience that I've had in years! first they upgraded the room to a mini suite, and the room and service were exceptional Great shower, and the rest of the facilities were to that level. Breakfast!!!! was one of the best I've encountered, the choice , the quality , attentiveness of the staff, didn't want to leave the Dining area :-) the SPA, wow!! indoor pool, heated, steam room, wet and dry sauna, well equipped gym - (open 24 hours)

Ventajas: Sana is my first choice every time I go to Lisbon. Staff is always glad to help and make everything possible to make you have a pleasant stay. The room is large, with a very comfortable bed and super clean. Breakfast is the most amazing one I've had at a hotel. Totally worth it.

Desventajas: slightly outside city center, about 20 minutes walk or a metro station to get to the main street, but at 1 minute's walk, a great shopping mall, with everything including a supermarket.

Ventajas: Our room had a wonderful view on Restauradores Square with Nespresso, minibar and chocolate on the pillows every night. Very comfortable large bed. At the 7th floor every morning we enjoyed a rich and varied breakfast with view. Smoked salmon with sparking wine, grilled vegetables, warm croissants, cereals with yogurt and superfoods, fresh fruits and, not less important, very kind smiling waiters. On the 8th floor the terrace with loungers was like the”cherry on top of a cake”: just a surprise!

Ventajas: Terrific location with easy check in and comfortable rooms. The roof bar is an added bonus. The rooms were plenty big for 2 friends traveling together. The bathroom was especially spacious with a great shower! We could get anywhere we needed to be very easily from this location by any. mode of transport.

Ventajas: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.

We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.
Desventajas: The only thing that didn't impress was the club lounge (our room had club lounge access). The first 2 times we entered, the only food available was a tray of cookies. The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Desventajas: Pedimos cena en dos ocasiones en la habitación y el precio es desorbitado para la poca elaboración de los platos. Al igual que el precio de tomarte algo en la piscina. La piscina está en el primer piso ( no en el último ) y toca el sol de 12:15 a 18:30.

Desventajas: Tiene la habitación "moderna" configurada con un baño con puerta de vidrio, por lo que la otra persona se ve perturbada por la luz que brilla. ¡Tenga en cuenta que se le cobrarán 2,5 euros por cada dosis de café más allá de las dos que se ofrecen! El gimnasio es pequeño pero se puede trabajar en él.

Desventajas: El aire acondicionado no enfriaba la habitación correctamente. Informé de esto y respondieron rápidamente y enviaron a alguien a arreglarlo. Desventajas: Falta de calor en la habitación por la mala regulación de la temperatura. Es necesario avisar en recepción para que lo modifiquen. La moqueta en el suelo de la habitación, resulta poco higiénica y no se corresponde con la categoría del hotel.

Ventajas: This is a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff js very helpful, the breakfast is great, and the facilities are wonderful. We loved the pool and saunas! Would definitely recommend and we would like to return here next time we’re in Lisbon.
Desventajas: The fire alarm went off in the afternoon, when we were taking a nap. It is still unclear what happened and nobody really communicated this. Early checkin was not possible, but we received a later checkout, which was great for us! There is still quite a bit of a walk to the city centre and there are not many restaurants around, but uber is very affordable and the area is still nice.

Otros hoteles en los que nos alojamos en París o Varsovia ofrecen agua gratis, aquí es sólo una vez a la llegada y no la dan a menos que la pidamos

Desventajas: Found the price for the breakfast rather expensive at €35.00 per day for x 2 pax. Ours was included in the suite but our guests who had Doubles had the option to pay. There is a perfectly good Cafè 100 yards away that did breakfasts/Pastries/goodies from €3.00 !!! Also sorry to be negative, I ordered a transfer one way from airport to hotel through the hotel which was €70.00 - and when we went back after our long weekend it was €12 in an Uber, so slightly stung. But Hey Ho, there was a Chauffeur with a nice laptop at the waiting point when we arrived off the plane. They also do a FREE shuttle if you are lucky enough to use it, sadly we were in the wrong place or wrong time, so just missed it etc, but not a big deal, nice that they offer it to be fair.

Ventajas: Las habitaciones estaban muy bien equipadas y eran cómodas y el personal era muy agradable y servicial. La recepción fue especialmente servicial a la hora de ayudar a cambiar nuestro horario de trenes al Algarve. Cerca de las tiendas de alta gama y una ubicación muy segura.
Desventajas: Estaba en la cima de una colina bastante buena y a un buen paseo de la principal zona turística. A mi hijo le decepcionó que no tuviera piscina, pero sabíamos que entrábamos para que fuera nuestra decisión de reservar y nada que ver con el hotel.

Ventajas: Amazing hotel that is clean, comfortable, and professional. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the ability to park a car underground, if needed. The gym, sauna, and spa on the property were perfect. All amenities were clean. Lobby is clean and welcoming. Always someone available if I had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.
Desventajas: I absolutely enjoyed my stay. There isn’t anything I would change about this hotel or any of the staff.

Ventajas: La ubicación es buena. El desayuno es correcto.
Desventajas: Las habitaciones son en extremo reducidas. El baño mide dos cortos pasos y medio, a punto tal es incomodo que casi no puede sacarse la cabeza de la ducha porque no hay lugar. Para llegar a la habitación hay que tomar un ascensor desde la Recepción a un piso donde están el bar y el restaurante, caminar a lo largo hasta el extremo opuesto, es decir, el sector que da con la calle de atrás. Recién allí se toma un segundo ascensor a las habitaciones. Me aclararon que esto lo hacen los pasajeros con habitaciones comunes, no así los de otra categoría. Entiendo que más allá de algunos sectores del hotel, mal podría calificarse de 4* a un establecimiento de este tipo con las habitaciones de estas dimensiones, lo qué hay que andar y atravesar para llegar a ellas. El wifi es decididamente malo. La TV no tiene canales en español aunque la folletería dice lo contrario. El personal es bien variado: amables, poco amables y nada amables. No volvería, no lo recomendaría.

Desventajas: Please change those pillows... they're absolutely uncomfortable and since I know I'm paying for the location and at least a good night's sleep, the pillows are an absolute must. Otherwise it defeats the scope to use this guesthouse for the location and just sleep. They gave us extra pillows when we requested them.

Desventajas: I am reluctant to give a negative review but as the guest house has not replied to my email, here goes. On the 4th floor yet again. A male guest managed to gain access into my room in the middle of the night. He used my private bathroom twice and then persistently banged on my door for 10 minutes. I was very ftightened. My question is how in earth did he get in and why did he think he had access to my bathroom. Cold water would not turn on in the shower, so to avoid burning myself had to skip having a shower in the morning before leaving. Advice. Take an uber and get dropped off at the door. Very difficult to find on foot.

Ventajas: The cheсk-in process required a call, but the number was provided and soon after the call we were in the room. It was rather spacious and clean. There is a common kitchen on the premises, where you could use the fridge or boil water for tea, and also a relaxation zone with 3 TVs (probably, some of them work...) and small tables and chairs useful for small breakfast. Within 20 mins of the place there is a night bakery open 21.00-5.00, which is a nice bonus. There are grocery stores and restaurants close to the place, and the bus line is close and easy to use. We advise to go to the tourist office in the city centre, where the main attractions are and which is not that close to the Pétala (depends on how much you like to walk, for us it was just fine, so check distances in advance). There you can get a tourist card that is useful if you want to visit a lot of places during your stay - works for public transport and for the train to Sintra, for example. We also liked the design with tiles on the walls in the hallway.

Ventajas: Busqué con poca anticipación y fue lo más céntrico que encontré con baño privado. La habitación era grande, con un frigobar (mini nevera) y la zona estaba bien, muchos supermercados y restaurantes cerca, y tres líneas de metro cerca. Realmente por los comentarios esperaba algo muy malo y no fue así, de hecho postergué mi estancia 3 días más.

Ventajas: The cheсk-in process required a call, but the number was provided and soon after the call we were in the room. It was rather spacious and clean. There is a common kitchen on the premises, where you could use the fridge or boil water for tea, and also a relaxation zone with 3 TVs (probably, some of them work...) and small tables and chairs useful for small breakfast. Within 20 mins of the place there is a night bakery open 21.00-5.00, which is a nice bonus. There are grocery stores and restaurants close to the place, and the bus line is close and easy to use. We advise to go to the tourist office in the city centre, where the main attractions are and which is not that close to the Pétala (depends on how much you like to walk, for us it was just fine, so check distances in advance). There you can get a tourist card that is useful if you want to visit a lot of places during your stay - works for public transport and for the train to Sintra, for example. We also liked the design with tiles on the walls in the hallway.
Desventajas: There was a fridge in the room (which wasn't in the description and didn't work), several power outlets didn't work as well, but we managed to charge two devices and use the shoe dryer just fine. Another drawback is that there were no windows that were facing directly to the street - one was to the small сourtyard and the other one (from the bathroom) was looking right to the other window, supposedly belonging to the bathroom of the other guest.

Desventajas: Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones. Limpiaban cada día la habitación lo cual es positivo, pero al inicio de la estancia no parecía que la hubieran limpiado profundamente.

Desventajas: We stayed in a Double room with Private Bathroom, but the bathroom has a very strong foul smell, so stinky like a sewage disposal. We wasted money buying all sorts of disinfectant to neutralise the odour....all to no avail. WiFi is rubbish!! It’s not strong, it buffers most of the time.

Desventajas: Al llegar, en la puerta del mismo no aparecía ni el nombre por el que está en esta aplicación. Tuvimos que llamar varias veces por teléfono. La limpieza, brillaba por su ausencia. Un wc que dejaba bastante que desear. La puerta del baño, rota. Por otro lado, las toallas y las sábanas olían fatal. Para terminar, las almohadas eran malisimas y los colchones tenían muelles fuera.

Desventajas: Las habitaciones son muy viejas, no están reformadas, hay mucha humedad, en el baño los techos eran negruzcos del moho. El lavabo del baño no tenía agua, pusieron otro en una esquina oscura y sin luz de la habitación tipo Camping. Había 3 enchufes, solo funcionaban 2, el del baño y el de la habitación. El ambiente no era respetuoso, gente hablando alto cuando no procedía. la nevera de la habitación hacia mucho ruido. En general la casa hacia ruidos. Tenía 1 ventana con vistas a un pasillo en obras,que no cerraba. El recepcionista no era agradable. No me gusto por lo que pague.
