Ventajas: Un sitio muy acogedor y limpio, con todo lo que necesitas

Ventajas: La limpieza y organizacion de la casa, comodidad de la habitación y tranquilidad del barrio. La atención y hospitalidad de la dueña.

Ventajas: I liked the atmosphere and the welcoming vibe yet not expected to entertain

Desventajas: The description of how the house layer out, wasn't aware or maybe I missed that it was 1 house and lots of different rooms

Ventajas: Beautifully decorated. Good communication before and during stay with Grace. Some of the rooms are much larger. Good location. Lovely shower in smaller bathroom.

Desventajas: Wooden floors and shared bathrooms made it quite noisy. Hadn't realised when booking it was a shared bathroom. Breakfast at local cafe - would have appreciated a milky coffee rather than just an espresso.

Ventajas: The guesthouse is close to the centre, I slept so well there! Grace, the owner, was so welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. I loved staying here. Thank you Grace! I would highly recommend

Ventajas: The location is excellent! In stead of being smack dab in the middle of the Alfama district which is way over populated with tourists, you’re in an authentic neighborhood with great places to eat and Lisboners going about their daily activities. The metro is close but if you like to walk it’s only a half hour to the city center or less if you walk fast. The guesthouse is clean, comfy and quiet at night. Oh, it includes a breakfast at a nearby bakery and the ladies that work there are very friendly.

Desventajas: To get in and out the security system is a little tough but once you get used to it there shouldn’t be a problem. There is a narrow staircase up to 2nd floor and the entrance to the guesthouse so if you’re not able to climb steps this could be a problem. For healthy adults it wouldn’t be a big deal.

Ventajas: It was so easy, everything, and clean and quiet. The owner was also very sweet. 10/10!

Desventajas: Nothing really

Ventajas: The facility is very clean, comfortable and very friendly host.

Desventajas: Breakfast is about 2min away from the facility.

Desventajas: Es un poco complejo el sistema para entrar y salir del lugar. el cerrojo de entrada al hotel es complicada tiene un juego que es difícil pillarlo a la primera

Ventajas: Well, when I read reviews about this guest appartment I see that most of the people liked the hostage. Yes, she is really lovely and charming person, it makes you feel home. Probably people don't feel to write critical things because of this. Thank hostage for being such a good person, we love her too. I must say that apartment decorated with a great love, it looks nice and you enjoy it. It's clean. It's near the center of the city. There is a fruits at the kitchen, tea and tasty cake that makes every day. You can keep your food in refrigerator. But many practical things at appartments is the is the issue for improvement. I hope the owner will not take it personal.

Desventajas: 1. Pictures on booking.com are too good. It doesn't look that bright and fresh. 2. There is terribly bad sound isolation. You hear people around as they are in your room and they hear you too. 3. If you were unlucky and booked first room to the left after entrance you have no privacy at all. Because there is a common door in this room with another neigbour room (somebody lives there) and… there is a gap 5-7 cm between your room and this door, it doesnot close in a proper way. It feels really unsecure. We thought first like WTF?? Is that true? May be its our second room? Nooo. Somebody lives there:-) and can watch you 24 hours. 4.There is a kitchen with no micro, with a broken gasoline. You cannot warm up your food. 5. On the top of that if you paid for the breakfeast you have to go to the cafe in 500 meters and exchange your hotel vaoucher to breakfest. 6.There are two shared WC. At one of WC is the shower. The level of water in the shower slowly turning your shower to a pool. You have to wait untill water will disapear if you dont want water on the floor. So guys if you want a romantic vacation its better to choose another place to stay. For this price you can get much better value. This appartments is good for a short visit as an alternative in the case of overbooked hotels at Lissabon.

Ventajas: La cocina, había bizcocho todos los días. Las instalaciones son muy singulares.. Muy limpio

Desventajas: La señora es muy especial para todo.

Ventajas: Nice view, location conveniently in between metro stations.

Desventajas: Neighbourhood; several abandoned buildings close by, tiny elevator

Ventajas: Excellent cost-benefit. Clean, nice staff, spacious room, confortable bed and pillow, great breakfast buffet and, most of all, the way the staff went out of their way to make sure they could meet my special diatery needs, as I am gluten and lactose intolerant.

Desventajas: Tiny shower box.

Ventajas: La cama cómoda, el desayuno genial, y la atención del personar correcta y educada. Hay una tetera en la habitación, con té, etc, que a ki me facilitó el no tener que bajar a pedir que me calentasen el biberon de mi bebé.

Desventajas: En la habitación hacia una calor excesiva. Intentamos poner el aire acondicionado frio para intentar acomodarla, pero nos dijeron que no funcionaba en invierno. Se escuchaba bastante el ruido proviniente del pasillo, eso despertaba a nuestra hija de 1 año, y no hemos pegado ojo... aún así, lo recomiendo.

Ventajas: It was a nice place to be and the staff are good

Ventajas: El hotel cuenta con una habitación amplia con las camas supercomodas. El desayuno muy completo y muy bueno.

Desventajas: El baño era muy pequeño pero estaba bien.

Ventajas: Limpieza

Desventajas: La ubicación,un poco alejado, por lo demás bien

Ventajas: La habitación era enorme y la cama muy cómoda. Tener parking privado ha sigo genial!! Poder olvidarnos del coche.

Desventajas: Aunque era correcto, por el precio esperaba encontrarme más variedad en el desayuno.

Ventajas: La ubicación no estaba mal, pero hacía mucho frío en l habitación y olía a humedad terriblemente, casi no se podía respirar del olor tan fuerte.

Desventajas: El olor a humedad, no parecía muy limpio y no servía la calefacción

Ventajas: The price is unbeatable, with free breakfast thrown in. Breakfast is English buffet which is nice and healthy. The metro station is located a bit far away but walkable time of 10 minutes. We stayed with kids but didnt feel insecure due to the hostel type environment. Rooms can be a but noisy at times due to people making noise in the kitchen or hall but eventually everyone goes to bed after 10 pm. Overall I think it was best value for money among all the places I have visited in Europe.

Desventajas: The place is actually a hostel with basic facilities for cooking, bed & breakfast and restrooms. Estrela room (quadruple with attached bathroom) is a bit small but okay for a couple of nights.

Ventajas: Clean, organized and secure

Ventajas: Que había desayuno (café, leche, tostadas, jamón York y queso, mantequilla y cereales), aunque había límite de tiempo para desayunar:10-12min

Desventajas: De 4 dormitorios reservados tres estaban en la zona de terraza. Eran cuartillos con humedad, el frío se colaba por la puerta. La terraza-patio estaba muy descuidada y siempre con ropas tendidas. Las toallas que daban no las cojas: son de colores y en mal estado ya por tantos usos. Los baños que nos correspondía usar en planta baja son como baños provisionales: siempre encharcados porque el suelo se hundía por zonas y salía agua, con mucha condensación, la luz era automática y se apagaba a los 10segundos (qué se hace en 10seg???) y había toallas puestas allí pisadas y sucias. Fui incapaz de ducharme allí. Para colmo, en la Sala de desayunos (que no es la de las fotos) tienes que recoger tu bandeja y lavar los vasos y enseres que hayas usado en una cocina que se caía de vieja (que podías usar para comer y limpiar, claro). La primera vez que incluyen desayuno y tienes que lavar tus cosas!!!! Y claro, ves cómo lavan otros por encima y como la chica del hotel lo recojer y vuelve a poner para su uso... Y vaya asco. Por cierto, el personal ni saluda ni nada. Parece que han hecho votó de silencio. Cuando nos íbamos nos señalaron con la mano donde soltar las llaves... Y no adiós. Si hablan español será en sueños. Malísima impresión y trato. Resumiendo: baños de planta baja asquerosos, tienes que fregar los utensilios del desayuno que estaba incluido en precio, habitaciones incómodas y nada limpias, y las toallas blancas enrolladas que salen en las fotos sobre las camas... Nada de nada, y la cocina que se puede usar no sale en las fotos de booking: es una cocina enana, por la que hay que pasar para ir a los dormitorios de la planta baja (alucinante pasar con las maletas mientras el personal esta cocinando espaguetis) y sucia y vieja. Ahora dejaré fotos

Ventajas: Las habitaciones son amplias y si vas con un grupo grande, la habitación solo la compartirías con tu grupo. El desayuno es común y abundante.

Desventajas: Los baños no son tan privados, ya que tienes que esperar que otras personas lo utilicen, y uno de ellos es muy pequeño.

Ventajas: Nada

Desventajas: Nos han dado una habitación inferior por un problema interno entre booking y ellos. Yo pague el precio de una habitación con baño y nos dieron una con baño compartido. Mucho ruido, no pudimos descansar. Vamos a denunciar y solicitar el cambio, nos fuimos un día antes.

Ventajas: little playground in front of breakfast room, very quiet no car noise during the night, central close to Metro, super nice staff

Desventajas: My husband and I booked an Airbnb room at "Brothers rooms" for 7 nights. We have arrived on Sunday night, November 24th and were scheduled to stay till Sunday morning December 1st. Unfortunately, the room was far away from being satisfying. 1. The towels had bad smell and non-usable so we had to buy 2 new towels for our daily use. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she apologized for the humid whether that is the reason for the towels not getting dry therefore, smell. 2. During our stay, there was constant noise coming from the kitchen area, including music playing and constant loud chatting. We couldn't rest for the loud music, chatting. In addition, since our room was proximate to the kitchen there was constant cooking smells coming from the kitchen which brother is deeply. 3. On Tuesday afternoon, I have complained to the receptionist and noticed her for our early check out (Thursday morning, November 28th) for the reasons indicated above. Therefore, I'm asking you to refund us for the 3 nights left Thursday-Sunday). You can use the Order number mentioned above. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Desventajas: Tenia reservadas y pagadas varias habitaciones, viajábamos varias familias con niños pequeños y cuando llegamos habían tenido un error y nos quedamos sin una habitación.....tuvimos que compartir habitación teniendo reservado de forma individual y con los niños en la misma cama porque no disponían de más y no podíamos buscar otra cosa porque eran cerca de las doce de la noche.... Nos devolvieron el dinero de la habitación, pero luego revisando los tickets no coincidían los números...nos cobraron más de lo que teníamos que pagar en total...ahora nos toca reclamarlo

Ventajas: Nada

Desventajas: Nada de limpieza las sábanas manchadas olían fatal y el personal dejaba mucho que desear . Fuimos 4 adultos y 5 niños y nos dieron 4 literas nos faltaba una cama más que se había avisado que veníamos 9

Ventajas: La cocina estaba muy bien, había utensilios para cocinar y estaba bastante limpia. Además hay frigorífico para guardar lo que quieras. Hay líneas de bus cerca (6 minutos) que te llevan directamente al centro. Había dos baños y, aunque fueran compartidos, siempre había uno libre y no había que esperar. La zona no está nada mal, alrededor hay restaurantes muy interesantes

Desventajas: El olor del baño Solo hay una cuchara jajajaja

Ventajas: It’s in Beato ( Xabregas) a not yet developed part of Lisboa and I just love that. I was reading people complained about the smell in the bathroom... that’s true but almost each city in the old part has these problems. Old pipes etc. but the price, the cleaness, the room with little balcony, beiing about 30 min walk from Santo Apolonia, public transport close by, river close by, Lidl around the corner (10 min walk) coffees and little shops to buy food. They have a clean good kitchen. Bring your own oil, salt, pepper etc. bring your own showerstuff and enjoy the old part ( still) of Lisboa because in about a few years it’s just as toeristic as the rest of Lisboa. Going out there you have EKA (FB) a 10 min walk or in Marvilla: Temple (FB) a 20 min walk , ARCO the art academy or you just take bus 728 to Cais de Sodre station and from there you find your way :)

Desventajas: Impresionante el olor a cloaca por toda la casa, escasa limpieza, un rollito de papel higiénico para toda la casa que evidentemente duró media hora, bastante calor que se acompañaba con el ruido del bar de abajo (perteneciente al casero del hostal).

Ventajas: La limpieza.

Desventajas: La ducha no tragaba el agua, debido a ello apestaba el alojamiento. La cama no era cómoda.

Ventajas: Location, equipped kitchen

Desventajas: Smell through the property including corridor, noise from factory. The next room was separated from our room only by an untight door. The neighbors' breathing was heard

Desventajas: Una experiencia nada recomendable no entiendo como puede estar en booking parece un albergue para indigentes intalacion conagujeros en paredes humedades por medio techo abitaciones contigias separadas por una puerta que ni cierra bien olor... Olor por todo a retretes sucios y en la abitacion olia a el rancio de los indigentes no quiero saber porque y colchones que parece que los han cojido de la calle. Enchufes inadecuado sin la cobertura reglamentaria y nosotros estubimos con un niño y lo pasamos realmente mal es para mandar una inspeccion tantro de prebencion de riesgos como sanitaria es increible....ademas y l agua ni sale siempre caliente el último dia nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fria totalmente indignante una experiencia para olvidar

Ventajas: The hostel was generally very clean, there were enough bathrooms for the number of guests, and the kitchen was good, it even had a washing machine that we could use.

Desventajas: The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Ventajas: El trato del personal.

Desventajas: El olor fétido de los baños.

Ventajas: The staff were friendly.. View from the room was good..clean

Desventajas: No lift to go to 3rd floor. Mattress not comfortable.

Ventajas: La relacion calidad-precio.

Desventajas: La insonorizacion de las haabitaciones. La nuestra tenia una puerta que comunicaba con la habitación contigua, pudiéndose escuchar cualquier conversación y o ruido. Lo mismo les pasaría a los otros huespedes.

Ventajas: The owner is very friendly and attentive. Free parking for car we found on a nearby street.

Desventajas: The shower rooms are clean but there was always the smell of sewage.

Ventajas: It was Cool! A loft apertment turned into a hostel. with everything you need, washing machine, etc. One down is the district is rough.

Ventajas: The staff, Iracelma, Marianella, Anna, the guy on mustache, extraordinary! The gave me Oporto to try!

Desventajas: The wifi didn't work well

Desventajas: Must change the reciopionist is very bad and smell of hotel

Ventajas: It's hard to say, nothing in that "hotel" was good. Basically, that hotel wasn't ready to take any people in. There very plenty of toilet paper, which is good I guess.

Desventajas: Everything. The worst was mattrases, very bad supply of hot water, Wi-Fi, very dirty bathrooms and all other rooms look like they wasn't properly mentained for a decade. Only thing that were cleaned every day was floors. First room we were sent to had broken lock and black mold/fungas all over the bathroom! Second one didn't have toilet in it, although there was bidet. Third one didn't had bathroom at all, but they didn't have anything else, although it was a downgrade I ddin't receive any compinsation, or something complimantary to say sorry for bad conditions.

Ventajas: el trato del personal que trabaja allí y la ubicación

Desventajas: Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con el sitio. La habitación no es más que la cama y un baño. Al ser 24h no te dan llave del portal y durante toda la noche puedes escuchar gente hablando o discutiendo la puerta sonar... Un show. Además las puertas de las habitaciones no cierran bien, son muy viejas. La cama deja mucho que desear, así como las almohadas.

Ventajas: La ubicación

Desventajas: No hablan tu idioma y todos los días cambiaban al personal.

Ventajas: Very good service and Nice personale and Nice boss.

Ventajas: TV. And air conditioner.

Desventajas: Bed cover looked like it was disposable.

Ventajas: Nothing ...dirty nothing was as on description ..no vakcíny no facility on room

Desventajas: Worst place ever seen..We plan stay 3 night but we left second night and moved to better pláče
